Lickin Good Donuts — Restaurant in Florida

I’d rate my first visit a 5 star. But on my second visit today, customer service was not so good. I ordered 3 dozen donuts, 5 croissant sandwiches, and 5 kolaches. Lady forgot my kolaches and I didn’t realize until I got home 20 minutes later. I had to drive ALL the way back to grab my kolaches and I was so confused because I thought she wanted to charge me a second time for it when she asked for me to pay. She ended up not charging the kolaches originally. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have wasted my time to drive back for those kolaches.

My advice to this establishment is to not get flustered if you have a big order and there is a long line forming because you end up making huge mistakes that wastes people’s time. You too, can serve a growing line while not compromising quality and accuracy. And if it’s YOUR fault, at least offer a complementary donut/ kolache because I hope you value your customers’ time. Great customer service INCLUDES dealing with complaints and your mistakes, specially to a valued customer who just ordered $50...

Dont waste your time on this place. Doughnuts are ok at best. Good in a pinch but nothing to write home about. The selection is very small. There is never any changes in what the offer. You get the same handful of flavors day after day. They open at 5 am and even at 6 am they still only have a couple different flavors ready. The rest of the case is still completely empty. If you open the doors to customers at 5 then you should have the doughnuts ready to be purchased. Thats just plain common sense and good customer service. Dont ask when they will be ready either. If you do they will give you an attitude. Like its your fault they dont have their act together. You are much better off going to...

Update: this will be my last time coming. YI have tried to like their donuts because of the reviews and have tried to come back but it really just has that aftertaste of oil! I don't know why it seems I'm the only one tasting it but it's just a very bad flavor.

Very tiny donut. It is soft and airy but taste like oil. This is the second time I came here. The first time they said it was because their fryer was broken. I didn't come back for a year and wanted to try it again and it was still the same way...maybe because I came at 10? Still not a great excuse because I get day old donuts from Milton Bakery and it's as fresh and good tasting as it was...
