DRIED FOOD & RUDE EMPLOYEE.... NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN! I ordered via phone just a little after opening and ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken lunch meal. I asked to replace the spring roll with an eggroll which the women over the phone didn't tell there was a $.95 upcharge for it. It was almost $13 for the lunch meal then. I got the food and went back to Jensen Beach. My Husband & I started eating the rice and found it to be dry.... but the worst was the breaded chicken. The chicken was so incredibly dry it was like eating a dried rawhide you'd give to your dog!!!! We had to peel the breading off and just eat that because we couldn't even bite off the chicken to chew it. We couldn't go back right away do to a doctors appointment but we did a little later and all I got was yelled at. I told the women how the food was and even showed her the chicken but all she did was yell at me saying that I ordered it crispy... I told her no I just asked for the meal and that's it. Even if the outside was crispy the inside chicken should've been tender and edible! I asked for a refund and she yelled again and refused. I told her I'm going to write some reviews online so no one else wastes their money. The funny thing is that when I was leaving and out the door a man walked by asking how the food was so I proceeded to tell him about my experience. The women heard me and came running out rambling and yelling at me again. Later on and the next day both our stomachs were hurting and feeling off. Maybe it was old from the day before and they just refried it... I don't know - but I do know I'm done with this place. Sadly I used to go here all the time 2 years ago before we moved from Stuart. Never again will I go here because I don't want to be served dried rawhide you'd feed your dog! Please if you read this review... DONT EAT THERE AND TELL YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS TOO! Was late and didn't want to cook so I decided to order from here since I only had 10 min left before everything closed and they had what seemed like a deceptively overall 4 stars on google. Got there and on the way in a lady outside told me not to eat there its disgusting. So wile waiting I actually started read the reviews on my phone and almost all were horror stories, nasty food, nasty service even band aids in food so I am not sure how they rated 4 stars on the heading to the profile and also odd that the few good reviews seem fake and not legit. After reading so many awful reviews one after another I got grossed out and just left but the lady called me a few minutes later to say my food was ready and I said I,m sorry but I am smart enough to learn from other peoples mistakes and if you look on your profile online you should address it and try and correct the issues people are having. My mom used to say ten thousand Frenchmen cant be wrong (meaning so many people cannot all be lying). I told her to look at her google reviews that they are literally nightmares that I would hope she would want to remedy. I dont think she understood me @ all, I could certainly not understand her in the least (no offense just honesty). But IMHO if you gonna come here and start a business @ least have the respect to run a clean decent operation and learn the language enough so you can communicate with the people. Called in a order but decided not to pick it up because the woman on the phone never asked my name, did not verify the order, and did not give me a price. She was talking very fast in a very thick accent trying to get off the phone and I did not find her to be professional. I read through the reviews and saw a lot of comments about how the woman is rude and how customers often got bad food, food poisoning or the wrong order. She just said number four when verifying my order. I have no idea what number 4 is because there is no numbers on the menu. Again. She did not verify exactly what I wanted and what time I wanted to pick it up which I told her. I got a bad feeling so I blocked her business on my phone and never went to get the order. Who knows if it would have been ready when I said I was coming to pick it up or if it would have been what I ordered. There probably would not have even been in order. It was just all very odd so I did not want to...
