Woodsies Hilltop Bar — Restaurant in Florida

I've had some fun times at Woodsies, but after last night I am no longer going to go meet up with my friends there. Drinks are usually great, bartenders are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, last night the host of karaoke broke a big rule of good customer service. If a customer makes a mistake, you don't fly off the handle. I had gone up to pick a song for the next round of Karoke and she had been looking for the next guy to come up on stage. Now the laptop was already displaying the list of songs but I couldn't see it all, so I had just reached out and scrolled down, as many people know how to do with no problem, so I could see the rest of the songs. She saw it and blew up. She raged at me as if I had smashed her screen or corrupted the Karoke program. It completely shut off any good mood I had before and I immediately went home. I understand they have to deal with drunks and probably feel they have to be aggressive to make sure they get a point across, but that's just not a good enough excuse for how she lashed out. I used to sing karaoke back in the day up here. Woody‘s came here this evening, May 29 at 1:42 AM yes late I saw a bunch of fraternizing as I came in and went straight to the bathroom in a hurry. Then sat at the bar requesting a Michelob ultra girl like me said OK And then went all about her business ended up moving to the left side bar where there was a gentleman and still got no response from three staff members after 48 minutes I asked the girl and Pony pigtails why can I not get a simple drink? It’s like being ignored And she comes out her neck with I was told not to serve you you were weaving I said ma’am, I came in and went straight to the bathroom said the opposite in the bar after not being served for 20 minutes moved to the left side of the bar. That sounds like a crock of bullshit. Furthermore, I have a Uber. I was the ONLY person to get asked for an ID. All I asked for was a sprite. I went to sit down and said ok. At that point I didn't want the sprite. The bartender still pressed the issue that she needed my ID even after I said never mind and went and sat back down. After my friend gave her my ID, I left. One, im the ONLY person to get asked for an ID in this predominantly WHITE establishment. No one else, not even the people I was there with got asked for an ID. I only wanted a sprite. Then to harass me about an ID after I went to go sit back down is crazy. Mind you, I'd been in this bar for an hour already.
