Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Worst fast food experience ever. The service was extremely slow, the workers just SAT AROUND making us wait and they let our food get cold, and the meal costs 37$. Me and my family ordered 6 Tacos, 3 Doritos Locos Tacos, 3 Soft Tacos, and 1 Chalupa. (That sounds like alot but 4-5 tacos can fill you up the same as a Subway sub) We also ordered 4 drinks. The Doritos Locos Tacos were cold, actually, all the food was cold. But anyway, those were okay and had decent amounts of meat and ingredients. The regular Tacos had NO MEAT, POOR INGREDIENT DISTRIBUTION, and were extremely soggy upon receiving at the window. The Soft Tacos were decent aswell, but also cold like everything else. The Chalupa was horrendous tasting and awful in every way, little/no meat inside and SOMEHOW with such a thick shell soggy. I recently tried this place again after visiting August 4th and they were decent that day. So likely a issue with the crew today, on August 8th. ALSO, they have NO nacho cheese, so you couldn't buy anything with nacho cheese in it (most good menu items at Taco Bell are now throw out the window), AND their "My Cravings Box" was not available at this location despite being displayed as buyable on their website... FOR THIS LOCATION! Extremely low quality food for a super high price, and very poor customer service makes for never paying this place a visit ever again. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! Forget Taco Bell, order from El Paso if you need a Taco fix, and if you need a fast food fix go to Whataburger, Foosackly's, or even ARBY'S (I haven't tried them in awhile but the food wasn't the best, better than here). If I could give them negative stars I would. This was literally the most sickening fast food I’ve EVER had! Tried to call 800 number on review receipt…CLOSED! Tried to submit review via corporate website, and it would not go through. So… here we go. ALL of this order was revoltingly COLD! The potatoes had clearly been refried so many times they were all like ROCKS!!! You could’ve broken a tooth on them. When our order was picked up, there were no other customers in the store. The “box meals” and other items were all just dumped into a single bag… no way to check order to assure it was correct.

As for the food and lack of quality, I imagine employees didn’t want to cook fresh food so they kept re cooking old items. The black bean Crunchwrap supreme (and the reg one as well.) were nearly empty!! Pretty much a scrap of bean juice , mostly a floppy, old, chewy tortilla, w/ cheese sauce and sour cream… 3-4 cubes of tomato, nothing else ( photos included) there were 3 orders of “potatoes” and cheese each had about 10 rock hard potato bits with a wad of cheese… which did NOT make up for the fact that the potatoes were old, cold as ice and rock hard! The taco was so cold the meat was congealed. The shell was floppy … It was nasty… NASTY! I really want my money back! Bc this was an inedible mess! As a result, I will NEVER darken the door of this establishment. Cheap fast food is one thing… revolting, and borderline dangerous is another altogether. I WILL be calling corporate… and the health dept. to request an inspection…. Because there is NO way best practices are being followed by this chum bucket, dump! Eat here at...

I deliver for an undisclosed delivery service on my bike. When I arrived I had to place the order SOP, and Miss Brenda was happy to help me. She took my order fast and efficiently. I called the customer and asked what sauces they wanted and they said hot and mild. I relayed to Miss Brenda she acknowledged me and went back to preparing it. She then shortly brought it to me i made sure it had the sauces and she ensured me it did. I was excited and happy with my customer service experience at this location. Then a customer not an employee said thank you for what you do(delivering) and we exchanged we appreciation. If you want a fast and seemless experience with great customer service behind the counter and friendly customers as well I recommend this location!

UPDATE: I returned for another order on a different night(Friday Jul 25) When I entered Shakayla the shift manager was happy to greet me with a warm smile that made me feel at home. She quickly took my order and then went to town with her crew making the food(great leadership) shortly after she returned with the customers order and we connected with a little conversation. Her crew was dedicated to her as she was their fearless leader. This lady made my experience great. I recommend this location without a doubt! Ask for Shakayla! And enjoy yourself!!
