I went in this morning to purchase a cleato coil. They didnt have those in stock yet again.. second time i have checked in a week (7days) ok FINE, as i walked in told them what i was looking for BOTH the women in there started yacking back and forth between each other and NOT listening to what i was wanting, so i decided today to simply purchase a larger tank since they seem to not carry my coil brand any longer. I inquired into a tank that gives a larger hit (mine gives the highest of an 80) i wanted something around 90 to 95, they sold me a tank (aspire) and AFTER i walked out one of the women came flying out to my car to tell me that all sales are final after purchase, fine time to tell me AFTER the sale was comlpleted, SOOOOO not knowing how to fill this new tank i went back in and they had NO clue between the 2 of them how to take it apart OR put it together let alone how to use the thing. they told me i had to wait 15 to 30 minutes BEFORE i could use it..... BOTTOM LINE I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN NOR WILL I TELL MY FRIENDS OR...

The people: are highly knowledgeable, friendly, ready to help, and personable. The customer service here beats every other smoke shop and honestly competes with places like Publix. I would go here if you’re new to the tobacco/hemp side of vaping purely for their ability to get you set right and the fact that they care.

The place: don’t let the outside fool you, this place is clean and professional, and well stocked with all of your smoking and vaping supplies. It’s small yet feels large when you walk in.

The hemp products: the folks sell hemp oil carts at wholesaler prices, and they have the best deals on hemp flower in town (I’ve literally looked myself). You’re seriously getting gipped if you go elsewhere. They have various delta 8 selections, delta-8, delta8-thco, delta-10, and hhc products in both herb and oil.

This place is SO AMAZING for so many reasons. For one, the customer service is outstanding. I went in a few days ago and bought a product. I wasn’t 100% happy with my purchase and went in today to see what could be done. The man (I believe him to be the owner or manager) totally took care of the issue and was so nice while doing so. I am 100% sastisfied with his help and product that I was able to get today. A few months ago, I had a similar issue from another smoke shop and they were completely rude and unhelpful. Due to these two different experiences, I will now make Sweet Puff my #1 Vape Store. Another main reason that this place is wonderful is due to the prices on the products. Totally reasonable and the best prices in town! This shop also has a HUGE variety of product and they can even make flavors tailored to your taste in the shop!
