Let me start by saying I’ve ordered from this location about ten times with no issues. However today I ordered a pizza at 250 pm. At 430 I call to figure out what happened with it, I’m not sure if they have call ID or what but I get another call from an unknown number I assume is the driver. I answer that call and it’s someone (not the driver) saying the driver was here looking for me. I hang up and go outside and no one is around. I ask the neighbor who was raking leaves if they had seen Imos come by, they had not. I call back and the person said the driver left but she had them turn around and come back I told her to have the driver call me. I waited, checked my cameras confirmed no one had been to my house or rang my doorbell. After waiting a few more mins I called back she said the driver was there waiting on me. He was not, she asked if I were at some apartment complex. I told her no, she said he went to another street with the same name. There’s no other street with the same name as mine in saint louis or saint louis county. She said she would remake it and send it out. It had been two hours at this point so I did what she wanted me to do in the first place and cancel my order. I don’t understand why they just didn’t let me know they were backed up and out take a long time for the order. Why make me wait the play childish games? I’m very disappointed because I love Imo’s but will never order again because if this horrible experience.
Update: there is a street name same as mine in Lake St. Louis. If they confirm that they tried to deliver my order from Florrisant to Lake St. Louis I will apologize and...
Read moreFlorida here! Im a St. Louis native so everytime I visit home the first thing on my agenda is Imos. Unfortunately, I've learned through the years that not all Imos are equally great. Im a 70's baby so my acquired taste is for the original recipe, with that delicious provel cheese and seasoned red sauce that you could only find at landmark locations like Hampton Ave. At one point, Hampton was the ONLY location my daughter and I would visit. Well let me tell you... the original owners opened a new location in North County and it is THE ORGINAL fanfare!! Not the franchise! OMG! I flew in to coordinate an event and took my chances stopping here for my usual fix! The Manager Brian, was not only informal, his customer service was A1, very friendly and he explained the history behind this particular location. Give that man a raise!! Ill be catering my next event here. I literally devoured about half of the pizza before I made it back. This is that reminiscent recipe from the 80's when we were just lil kids eating slices of what would become known as one of the most unique and sensational pizza blends in all of America. One of the chief cornerstones of the Lou! If you are in North County, you've got to try this new location on...
Read moreTonight was girl’s night. We ordered $50 worth of pizza (online) at approximately 8pm. We were advised via the website that the food would be ready at 9:13pm. 10pm comes and no pizza, we called—no answer. My friends decided to go up there and pick up the pizza. They called me upon arrival and I could hear the manager (whose name is Michael) being so rude to them. First he said our order didn’t come through, then he said that they tried to call us (untrue), he said that everybody knows they don’t deliver to our apartment complex, and a host of other unprofessionally RUDE comments. He offered to make our order but by this time it is 10:30pm and we no longer want the food. I was so appalled by his behavior, I went up there myself to see what kind of courtesy would be provided for the huge inconvenience. He offered nothing at all, he thought the whole thing was comical. He cursed at us and exhibited poor customer service skills. We asked for the general manager’s number, he refused to give that to us. My $50 is now on hold with them until further notice and we have nothing to show for it. If I could give a negative amount of...
