Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Florissant

I go to the location every day to buy food to take to my husband in a nursing home in the vicinity yesterday and the day before I had a young black woman who was draped from head to toe with fabric and a big black mask I could not understand what she was saying she said I have to get my manager and I thought she said I have to get my medicine her language is very poor but regardless she was extremely rude and she yelled at me I have to get my manager not medicine! she is rude and should be fired immediately I don’t care who she’s trying to support they deserve better people at the front window or at the drive up window this one was rude and made me furious and I said something and she said why did you say to me really loudly and I just kept unwrapping my Strachan drove off so anyway she was a young African-American woman wearing a heavy KP looking thing and a big black mask We get wonderful service there the kids that work the window know me by my car they are so sweet on the parking lot when I’m pulling in I see them all waving at me and it’s like lately that crew has not shown you up there doesn’t work anymore whatever and the ones that have replaced him are not on the ball just for your information I have to find a different Jack in the Box now to get my between 15 and $18 a day that I spend since this one was so rude and ugly to me I...

Prolly doest matter to anyone owning this business but here's what this stores about.. being lazy, not wanting to work but get paid, no accuracy, no customer service, not reliable, a joke, an embarrassment to #JIB, tonight you're serving only plain hamburgers ?! I bet you thought that was funny? This is the worst jack in the box in Missouri. They made us wait at the microphone for 7 minutes and it would’ve been longer had I not said hello and doing that backed their line up which is THEIR fault… There was no cars in front of us at all for them to not answer the box. Then I get to the window they failed to add my soda so I spoke on that and asked for one and the lady looked me in my face and shrugged her shoulders and told me “I can’t, I can’t do it we hella backed up you can come inside though” Ma’am I could careless about the cars behind me YOU messed up my order so it’s up to YOU to fix it. I didn’t get my soda they didn’t give me napkins or syrup for my pancakes. They were literally just standing around in there so why couldn’t I get what I ordered? Never going back.
