6-21-23 order #392931 2:28:47 pm cashier: Michael but spoke to a female we had asked for a #9 with soft taco supremes instead of hard tacos. There was some confusion to that. Then we ordered 2 bean burritos with red sauce and was given bean & rice. I then asked for a baja blast freeze and just wound up with a baja blast soda (not a big deal but I'm going to tell you the entire thing). The bean burritos were confusing, its on the menu but nobody seemed to know what they were. This isn't my first incident but I know people have off days. We rarely ever come to this location anymore however it was convenient on the way home. We ordered, got told our order, & then went to pick up at the window. They gave us the drinks and a receipt. That receipt was not ours. We asked for ours and it wasn't too busy but was asked to pull to the front because they couldn't find it. Pulled around, got the receipt in a min. only to see they gave us the wrong items in the food. I'm honestly appalled by the service here. I used to love going to taco bell since del taco was gone but now not so much. Please either fix the menu or educate the members on menu. I know I sound ignorant but this has to be fixed.I shortened this to post directly to their managers/supervisors and it wouldn't let me post. So I'm going to make this more public.
Bean Burrito doesn't have rice on it (unless its the bean & cheese)

The location on Lindbergh I went to before covid wound up being so high they couldn't take my order, let alone barely understand me. I tried the one on Dunn that day, this location, and they took the order, didn't charge me and forgot about me for ten minutes before I asked them where it was.
Now this happens today. There is always a problem with this location and business. I'm so annoyed with it, I doubt we'd return not even grubhub can get us...

I have never had a more Horrible experience at Taco Bell at the Grandview Plaza in Florissant MO 63033 I have a torn ligment behind my knee, and i thought that i would take the drive through and grab some quick food and go home and finish watching a movie with my mom no i got home and my order was wrong. There were 2 cheesy grilled gordina crunches that I asked with extra beef and they were not. I got half a fry thrown in there and I wanna asked Please remake it, they waited for their whole drive through to empty out and finished their rush before they even came over to me and talked to me about my messed up order, then it took them another 5 to 10 minutes while I stood there. Waiting for my order. And then they handed it to me and I opened it up and it's missing the Baja sauce. So I tell them that they're missing it and they go hot and I'm like the spicy rancher. The manager is in the back with the door open smoking a cigarette and says, just give her the spicy ranch before she hasn't melted down and then so then they give me the food and I can here the crew laughed. Because I called it Baja sauce. I don't know the name for it. I usually just order my food, no instead I got made fun of for.not knowing what something was called I didn't know taco bell stood for bulling but I know we're to not take my money bc u won't fire people this is the internet and I am one person and now in my home town I have to avoide ur establishment ur people r horrible...
Read moreWent on 12/9/22. Waited 20min just for them to have a long strand of hair in my nasty, half made supreme fries. The workers were all frazzled and cursing at each other because they keep messing up orders so people kept coming in. They refuse to put the items from the deal box in the box. I checked my order, we were missing two chalupas, which they replaced. Our order totaled 4 big boxes and a supreme fry. So that's 4 chalupas, 4 tacos, 4 nachos, 4 drinks. Get home, taste a nacho, nasty, no biggie. Eat the crunchy taco, nasty. At this point I should have gone back but it was late and I was starving after work. Start on the supreme fries, which they complained they didn't want fries in the store as they hate making them. Not even halfway through, I feel a sting in my mouth. Pull it out and it's a long strand of hair, I almost vomitted. Tried to call the location, no answer. Drove ALLL the way for a refund and for them to have locked the lobby door and and was told, "you already ate most of the food." Maybe if they hadn't given me 4 bags of food and put it in the boxes, Michelle would have seen one taco was eaten, that's it. They better refund me my money or I'm calling corporate. She took the food and said she could not give a refund because it was a mobile order. Literally just gave me a blank receipt saying I needed a refund. No date or time on the note.
