My daughter and I went half on the buy one get the other for a dollar You can only get the deal through the app so we waited until we got in store to put our order in She added her toppings through the app but I wanted to select my toppings in store because they are too heavy handed for my taste The store refused to let me dress my sandwich I could only get the toppings she put in the app when I was standing right there before they even made the sandwich so suffice it to say she ended up with both sandwiches cause the toppings she had I don’t even eat some of them When I tried to find a number to complain there isn’t one and the automated system doesn’t address my issue I wasn’t asking for anything free the toppings come with the sandwich in fact they would have saved some because I didn’t want all the condiments she had If you ever go to subway don’t go to this location they don’t have customer service skills! This location was absolutely terrible. I came up here with my girlfriend it was 9:40 literally 20 minutes before close and it specifically said thet were open until ten. There were customers inside the store ordering food, looked as if they had just placed the order. The doors were locked and all the lady (employee) did was wave her hands and wave her head to not let us in. If the store closes at 9:40. THEN THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE TIME TO 9:40. Im sick and tired of management thinking its okay to allow that. Its money in your pocket and it makes people want to come back to your store. PERIOD!! its unexceptable. Absolutely dreadful display of how to run a business. We had a team of hungry soccer players, and as we walked into the empty restaurant, they became hostile and told us we would have to call ahead- that's right we needed to call ahead for a fast-food restaurant, with no one eating or ordering inside the ghost-town of a restaurant. The workers and manager complained to the point, where half of the team felt they had to go to eat at another restaurant.
