Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Follansbee District

I called in and placed a order. They called back about 25 minutes later and continued to say they didn’t have the two volcano brownies I wanted. Then tried to tell me they couldn’t make it til I gave them another card to pay. I already paid over the phone. I explained to him that 25 minutes after I placed my order? I should have been notified sooner that they did not have the items I wanted. I also tried to explain to him that I already paid on the phone Yanno when I placed the order. Then he said there’s 15 people ahead of you and said I was being rude and HUNG UP ON ME!! when I went to pick up my order they told me no one has even started my order. This was currently an hour after I had placed my order. So I PAYED TWICE then waiting another 45 minutes. My husband went in to see what the issue was AGAIN and still they haven’t even started my order. Obviously I canceled the whole thing and just left. But seriously waiting over two hours for some pizza then being called rude is CRAZY! LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Whoever the young - ish man was taking orders and working the window...

We ordered online and they said 20 minutes. We arrive approximately 20 minutes later and paid. The person who took our payment said it will be 8 minutes because he just put the pizza in. 10 minutes later another person came to the window and said it's going to be 8 minutes and I said no he told me 10 minutes ago he put our pizza in and it should be ready. She said I don't know why he told you that because your order just went in the oven. After we finally got our pizza 10 minutes later I asked to speak to the manager and he didn't want to come to the window and said he was busy. He finally did after I insisted. His explanation was as confusing as the rest of our ordeal and then in a sarcastic way he said have a great evening, enjoy your day or some smart--s comment. All that for cardboard with sauce and cheese on it. Now I know why it's been years since I got pizza from...

There was absolutely nothing going on and no customers waiting when I arrived, though a delivery truck was taking up the entire parking lot. I ordered a pan pizza with double bacon, cheddar cheese, and pepperoni and that is what was written on the box. What I got - and I will always check before I leave because apparently that is necessary - was the thinnest 'pan pizza' ever, maybe there was cheddar cheese - maybe not, and it was covered with black olives. Apparently even during the slowest time, no one cares what is actually ordered....you get what they feel like making. I called and supposedly there will be a 'free' one entered in the computer (they offered to remake the pizza and I could go back to get the second one....gee thanks, hungry people really want to wait another half hour so I can make another round trip.) Not impressed. Always check your order...
