Scoops — Restaurant in Folsom

Waited over an hour for only some of our food to arrive. Was told they’d be right back with the rest of it but never showed. When waitress brought our bill about 15 minutes later and asked if we needed anything else, I said since we couldn’t even get the rest of our meal we ordered an hour and 15 minutes ago, I doubt it. The fried catfish was rubbery, the shrimp was stale and not fresh. The okra was ok, but only 8 pieces total-really?!? We had to go refill our own drinks and the manager was very rude to her one waitress and whoever the other lady was. Not professional at all. Poor service, bad food and obviously no one knows how to run a kitchen, and the manager did her job poorly. If you are looking for a good meal in less than an hour, don’t go here. Avoid this place at all costs. Wish I could rate it less than one star, it...

The pizza that I got was OK. But service sucked!!! Every single worker was very unfriendly. I would try and make conversations with them to be kind. And they wouldn't even acknowledge me and they just looked at me like I was a nobody. They kept looking at my hair I guess because it was purple and I had my sunglasses in the building. Which I forgot my regular glasses in the car and my sunglasses are prescription. And if I take them off everything is blurry. And as for purple hair. That doesn't make me a bad person. I definitely won't be back and I will go else where. I will find a place who appreciates my business and who is kinder. And I will be sure and tell others about this service. I usually support local businesses but I would rather go to a chain business...

I can only comment on their snowballs because that's the only thing I got and that was through the drive thru which is d nice. I will not be getting another one. They only offer one size which is an 8 oz cup but that little thing that is $2 at every other snowball stand in the south is $4 here or $4.50 because I added condensed milk, which is my biggest complaint but for that $4 or $4.50 it's not a great snowball either. the ice was chunky throughout and the syrup did not have a lot of flavor. not sure if it's an old machine and doesn't shave ice as well as the new machine does but I know for $4.50 I can get a better snowball from a few other stands. the service was good here so there's no complaints there either and the wait time...
