Yesterday I stop at baker’s telling my buddy that this is a great place for some fast food and that they have great service but it was not like that at all they had really bad service my order was wrong and they over charged me I told the manager and she said it got fix the next day I checked my account and I was charged 72.73 instead of45.80 and I call so I can get my money and she said to call corporate to get my money that is terrible service beside being a thief taking people s money and refusing to give me my money back I won’t ever go back to this place if there in need of money they could just ask for it instead of stealing it won’t recommend this place to anyone until they change to honest good people

Read moreWish I could give zero stars. This baker’s customer service is absolutely terrible. They failed to pack my entire order, forcing me to waste my time going back to retrieve what they forgot. Instead of apologizing, they had the audacity to get upset when I called to address their mistake.
To make matters worse, they tried to claim I never ordered an additional baker—despite it being clearly listed on my receipt. Yet somehow, I didn’t order it? When I pointed this out, the employee gave me attitude instead of taking responsibility.
Bakers, train your staff properly. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
