Ortega's Diner — Restaurant in Fontana

I've been here on two occasions and overall, my experience has been good. The staff are very nice and always have a smile. They are very attentive to your needs.

The first time I came, I had a bowl of menudo which was very flavorful. They just needed to cut the meat a little better. I had some long pieces. But that's just nit picking. There are not a lot of big tables inside because it is rather small, but there is an outdoor seating area to enjoy. The wife had some banana topped pancakes and hash browns which she said was delicious as well.

The menu is vast and the chefs are skilled across various cultural cuisines.

If you’re wondering about going, just go and give this place a try. You can tell every dish is made from scratch aside from a handful of food items; there are multiple complex layers to every dish.

The workers are extremely friendly and helpful.

The service time is quick and the food is always hot. I’ve been 5+ times and always left with a very full belly because of the generous portion sizes on most items.

The menu is sophisticated and gives me good brainstorming ideas for my busy mind. A must try for all Fontana & Local...

Been here twice already and haven’t been disappointed at all!! Chilaquiles, chicken breast burger, chicken club sandwich , fresh French fries and the posole have been super good!! My favorite so far has been the posole!! Definitely recommend this lovely new place. Their aguas frescas are off the hook, super delicious as well. Don’t get me started on the lovely ladies that have helped me out and taken my order, always making sure we are on the same page with my orders and giving me top notch customer service. Hands down to the cooks as well for always making fresh food and absolutely delicious!! 100 percent recommend!! See you guys...
