Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Fontana

The food has gone downhill in the last couple years... it seems like they are always looking for ways to reduce their costs at the expense of food quality and value to the customer.

They offered a "VIP" Rewards Program but in the last year they play a game with the rewards points; the barcode scanner in their app almost never read the receipts and if you try to input the numbers manually you will find one or two numbers illegible so you cant input for your points. my friends and I have all experienced this over and over until they recently gave up or quit going to Farmer Boys anymore.

My wife and I have two receipts we tried to scan, then manually input from orders last night and two days ago. both from different stores. Neither would upload from scanning or manually.

A few months ago everyone in our neighborhood received fliers from Farmer Boys, when we and our neighbor tried to use them at our local and closest store, we were told they would not accept them, they were for a store more then eight miles away!

I tried to contact corporate by phone and multiple emails, never received any responses.

As of last night's lousy meals, and wasted time trying to upload receipts over an over priced shake, soggy zucchini, tiny chicken cubes in the salad and undercooked, floppy bacon burger, we have decided never to go to Farmer Boys again!!!

Corporate wont respond, Local store managers refuse to help and only say: tell corporate.

So, social media let it be known, we tried. We're done.

Goodbye Farmer Boys, hope you go out of business so someone else can use the locations to operate a good and...

Where do I start... I ordered $41 worth of food @12:22p on June 5th. I told the drive thru cashier I wanted the French toast platter, 1 bacon burrito, 1 chicken avacato combo with zucchiniand a Mt. Dew, a large Pepsi on the side and a side order of French toast on the side as well. She read it back and it was correct, when I get to the window first off they don't take apple pay so we paid with the apple credit card then she tells us to wait in the front so they can bring it out. After a couple minutes later she came out and read the order as French toast and bacon burrito. I knew i should of checked it because this isn't the first time they got my order wrong. When I got home I was going through the bag of food and they gave me a cake plate with pancakes not French toast. My mom doesn't eat pancakes and they have us the wrong platter. I switched my meal with her and I couldn't even eat the pancakes because they were burned on one side. So now I wasted money on food that I couldn't eat and this isn't the first time this has happen. I don't know if the cashier is incompetent or doesn't hear well but one thing is don't mess up on people's food. Learn the menu and repeat the order back to the customer when they get to the window to pay. Farmer Boys needs to step up on customer service and food accuracy because this is really unacceptable. If I could leave negative stars I would and a little advice to customers going through the drive through make sure you check your food before you drive away even if you have to hold...

No gimmicks , no toys and over the top commercials that draw the entire family in ,,, leaving a dent in your wallet because everyone wants something different .

Today my wife and I enjoyed a freshly made salad from their menu selection . Due to the virus and current state guidelines for dining in..... we , my wife and I wanted to show our support for this business by dining on their patio. The service was superb and beyond our expectation when the the server came out and checked on us and offered to refill our beverages at no extra charge.

This is a no brainer in choice . I look forward to this particular location expanding their dine out patio space into UNUSED PARKING STALLS . Just an Idea or wishful thoughts for success of the franchise . I see the big picture ,, so should you !

Farmer Boys outside dining with social distance in mind . I'd love to see the response to serving the customers needs go outside in the farm ..... No pun intended !
