WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Fontana

This is my local Waba Grill. The food is amazing but the customer service is so depressing & disgusting. The days I go in just seem to be the bad days for the cashiers or something. They do not smile & when they can’t hear you they make an ugly face, so when you do speak up they have an attitude. The cashier who’s name is Carolina A. just seems to have had a bad day when I went in. She greeted me in Spanish & I began to talk in English & she had an attitude. My food was good and tasted fresh. But I have to say this place lack customer service. Gina, the cashier who took my order, was very rude and had an aggressive tone. When I walked inside the store she was eating in front of the register, she put her plate away to take my order. She rushed me like she had some better place to be. She started making sounds on the counter with her long fake nails. I also saw another cashier coming from the back sucking on a lollypop. Don't know what the owner's expectations of "customer service" are, but sure don't meet mine. I won't be coming back to...

I rarely come to WaBa but when I do I sure do enjoy it. I was here like 2 months ago. I got sick from the food here. I just didn’t know it yet, never quick to blame the food and when I went again this past weekend I noticed the rating of this establishment wasn’t an A but a B and now im wondering if this rating has anything to do with the food or cleanliness because I was sick last time I had the food from here.
