In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Fontana

I love it. I wish there were tv's with sports and/or a JUKEBOX! 😀 I noticed, the customers Always beautiful people of all nationalities! Serious, different languages spoken by the customers. And the staff is always healthy and good-looking to the eye. I got a $20 gift card for my bday, from my boss! I got 4 double boubles all animal style with everything +1soda. Totalled $22.50. SWEET DEAL! ...I had $3. In my hand After I paid, and I asked if they have a Tip jar. (I DINED IN....) The Nicelooking lady named Luna; as she got me a soda cup, replied, "no jar, but u can just hand to me..." she handed me the cup, I asked, "Seriously tho, I can tip even ur at the register? No trouble for u?" She said, "no, yeah, really..."

"Sweet, Yeah okay! U were great with me, and ur team working quickly happily... they're all smiling 😃. U made this a good visit..." and they really were! All Happy friendly to each other too! It was nice to see that. Well what happened wass- I asked for (4)four double doubles, and Luna Said "ok, Four double doubles. Will that be with soda... ..." But I saw the screen SHOWING (2)two double doubles... I interupted her politely, "oh sorry, I spoke wrong, (I repeated myself) I meant to say (4)four double doubles lol" And we both laughed together, Idk why!! But her laughter was appealing and contagious! lol 😆maybe she laughed at our own little miscommunication.. and well, it was just nice to laugh together with a female. It made my day.! :) So I tipped her.geeze.whats wrong with that?try laughing some more... with a real person- it's NICE. 🙃😅..... So she Added 2 more double doubles to my order. And 1 soda, no fries. $22.50

Well, I dined alone, so it's wierd for 1 person to order 4 burgers, that are double doubles lol ....and... parking lot was hella clean. And I'll tellya, to be having like lol 50 cars lined up, and 20 dine in customers, I literally waited 9minutes. NINE.

I think 9 min. Is good speedy service. Right? Yeah. 9 min. Yeah it is... They are FAST. not just fast. But faster than other burger joints, with only 3 customers. Yeah, I get it NOWWW

First time at this location; NOT my usual experience at other In-N-Outs!! The drive-thru setup is confusing!! People were going every which way; I'd hate to go there when it's busy with that confusion going on!! Needed to back up for someone going the wrong way and then another car came barrelling in the wrong way and almost hit me!! The employees at the pay/pickup windows were super kind and efficient. However, I drove about two minutes up the street to find some shade to enjoy my burger/fries and found out the food was cold-ish!!! It wasn't busy at all (visited at 10:45am) so there's no excuse!!! Lost my appetite and saved the burger for my dog, along with the 2 doggie patties I already got for him. He was happy that I visited there;...

I love IN N OUT but I definitely will not be coming to this location again! Miss ABIGAIL ( Name Tag ABBY ) was absolutely rude to me. I did not even give her an attitude I actually said” hi can I please have ...” and she not even looking at me she looks at my shirt like hello what wrong with my shirt? ( it’s a regular black shirt with Calvin Klein printed on it ) then gives me attitude bc she wanted to charge me for 2 extra fries & I corrected my order and she rolled her eyes and sighed.
