I went there a few times and order pupusas to go but this time I decided to dine in with my mother her order came out while I sat waiting 15-20 minutes for my order and notice a guy walks in and place an order and got his order before me I didn't say anything until a Spanish couple walk in place an order to dine in and got their orders before me so I ask the lady in front if they forgot my order she turn around to ask her co worker in the back in Spanish if the lady forgot about my order.I then told them to cancel my order and she told me my order takes longer cause it's more time consuming .They forgot my order and I understand things happen but to tell me my order is more time consuming is not right I been waiting 20 minutes. Take out got their orders and the people that came to dine in got their food before me. I am not Hispanic so I have to wait longer while the Hispanic people walk in and got their food before me that's call racial profiling. I will not spend my money on an establishment that serve their own people and...

I really hated my first experience. I was NOT greeted when entering the building, I actually was about to walk out because there was no one in front. But as I walked to the door, someone came out, barely spoke English (understandable not mad) but there were others who could but they did NOTHING to help! I ordered by food and it took over 45 minutes to make 3 chicken tacos and cheese fries that weren’t even hot when I received them. Mind you, at the time of my order, there was NOT ONE SOUL IN THAT PLACE. They didn’t even make my food the right way. The lady after me got a greeting put in her order and that was that! Great experience at this family owned restaurant. I've been here a couple of times and the food and service has left me satisfied. My favorite torta so far is the chorizo y papa (chorizo and fries on the menu, but that is a typo. They mean chorizo and potatoes).

After sparking up a conversation the lady who took our order offered me some fresh fruit. Thank you for the extra kindness.

For constructive criticism, I do wish the tortas included the option of a side like fries....
