LaRosa's Pizza Forest Park — Restaurant in Forest Park

I ordered a single 2-topping pizza at 5:52 pm. Waited about 30+ minutes for its arrival, but it had not arrived. Instead, I get a phone call from the manager asking to confirm my address because the driver could not find me. After confirming my address, the manager offers to send the driver back out. I ask that a new pizza be made, as the one the driver had may have already gone cold from sitting out so long. They agree to make the new pizza and I continue my wait on the new pizza. About another 30 minutes go by, and I get yet another phone call, this time from the driver. The driver still cannot find me, come to find out he had entered the wrong address. Finally he arrives and I bring my pizza inside. The pizza is lukewarm, at best, and made sloppily. I call customer service and they offer to make yet another pizza (cuz third time's the charm, right?), so I agree. And I'm waiting, again, for 30+ minutes and... still no new pizza. So I call the customer service line back to check the status, and they tell me my order should be the next one to go out at approx. 8:10 pm... That was false. Because another 30+ minutes go by, and only then does the new pizza arrive (the time was approx. 8:43 pm). There had been no apology offered at the time of the delivery either. The service was very poor; quite frankly the worst I've ever recieved from...

We were so thankful to find this La Rosas is open until midnight on Saturday nights. After spending an entire day in downtown Cincinnati, we planned to just grab up some late nite fast food on our way back to the hotel room. Unfortunately, we soon found out the late nite food options are pretty scarce in this area. After a desperate Google search at 11:15pm, my husband and I were placing a pick up order with an unfamiliar (to us) only option: LaRosa's Pizza Forest Park. We are so glad we did! With the multiple crust options, I almost went for the safe sounding "hand tossed," but then decided upon their Traditional Pepperoni. My husband ordered a calzone as well after finding a combo deal on their app. 15 minutes later we were picking up dinner at their convenient drive thru window. The employee was very pleasant considering they would be closing soon. The traditional crust was excellent. Wish we had a La Rosas closer to home. We look forward to enjoying it again the next time we visit Cincy. Thanks for a great...

I haven't ordered from this location in over a year, and tonight was the worst meal, I've experienced from a LaRosa's- in over 30 years. They must be under new management or whomever they have in the kitchen doesn't know what they are doing or trying to change the recipes! I had wilted lettuce in my salad the garlic bread was soggy and not cooked through, the lasagna had an orange looking greasy sauce surrounding the piece, instead of the classic red Larosa's sauce, the meat sauce had chunks of hard ground beef balls (again very different taste, size and texture as usual) I used to order LaRosa's min of 1x week, often from this location because it was the only one that delivered to my address. I'd say it was a hit 85% of the time over the course of a few years.(thus giving 3 stars vs 1) For the past year I have been ordering from the Tri-County location and it trumps this location (and a couple other locations) as it seems they are still in alignment with the original, delicious tasting Larosa's that...
