Old lady with missing finger attacks 2 year old children. She assaulted my 2 year old daughter by throwing a pen at her in a fit of rage when I pointed out they'd overcharged us $.44. My husband, my 2yo daughter, and I asked for a burger, a side, and some free water. The girl ringing us up said "combo" we said "no combo". She started ringing us up without combo when old lady with missing finger demanded she ring us up as "combo". I said that wasn't cheaper, but old woman insisted it was cheaper. I said "Ok only if cheaper" and paid. As we ate at picnic bench, I added up "no combo" and found it was $.44 cheaper without combo. We went back to window and explained that we should have been rung up "no combo" bc it over charges us based on our order. Old woman with missing finger argued until she was screaming profanities at us, then threw a pen through the window at me while I was holding my 2yo daughter. Since I was facing the lady, my daughter was between me and the lady, so she actually threw the pen at my 2yo child. There were people in line who saw this and surprisingly still placed their orders. I calmly stood my ground and suggested they ring it up "no combo" to confirm. Old lady with missing finger finally angrily checked "no combo", crumpled up the receipt and threw it as well, opened the register, gave us $.43, and told us to never come back like WE were the problem in this situation. We called the police, but after hours of waiting gave up. On top of that, the food was horrible, barely edible AND overpriced. Notes: if she charges "combo" for every "non combo" she gains nearly half a dollar each transaction. My sister lost an eye when someone threw a pencil at her. Someone who works for families shouldn't be swearing and attacking children. No one should swear at and attack customers, especially when the customers are being calm and reasonable. We were the only people ordering and one car in the drive through. The employee at the window didn't add the drinks we asked for to the order, and had a hard time understanding when asked where the drinks were. I had to pay for them after getting the food. The chicken burrito was good and the quesadilla was good. The nachos were not very good, barely had cheese, the beef barbacoa on them was really hard and dry. The crunch wrap had a lot of sweet corn on it Wich was weird and the pork seemed unseasoned. The guacamole tasted weird, strong like celery and was in a very small sauce cup like two table spoons. I payed extra to get a different ice cream and a waffle bowl on a sundae and it was wrong and very small. Horrendous service. High prices. Incompetent staff. Over charged, after arguing against multiple times, and being forced to pay for combos that were more expensive than the singular items requested. When confronted about their obvious math error, the elderly lady at the window continued to argue and fight. The crazed, yelling, senile senior citizen then decided to throw her pen at my wife and two year old daughter through the window while she shouted at us to never come back again.
