Taco Bell — Restaurant in Forest Township

They got my order wrong two times before today. Today I ordered from a women at the ordering menu, they didn't have two items I ordered first. I told the man young man who read it back to me now that it's wrong, I ordered more than that, they missed two items, the first two things I odered. Then the same snarky lady came back on and admonished me like I was her 4 year old, that my order was correct! I don't have to be yelled at by this 20 something Taco Bell employee talking over me, so I said no that's not it and drove off. I called immediately and asked for the manager. The snarkey aggressive lady answered the phone, she's the manager, she continued to insist that my oder was correct! Yikes, is this the only people they can hire in this area? It's so sad! I'll be contacting corporate if they actually have a number for them. This is absolutely insane for a taco bell, drive to Vassar or Birch Run, where they get orders correct and you don't get yelled at like a 4 year old. A customers order is just that, it is what they want, how dare she say my order was wrong. She needs to work where there are no people, she needs...

I will start by saying I am a big Taco Bell fan, have eaten at many, many different locations. This one has had it's ups and downs since opening, but they're always willing to fix things or make things better, any way they can! Just gotta be kind to them, how would you feel if you were working with only a crew of 2 and there was 6 cars backed up to the road with all large orders? Y'all expect too much from fast food joints, as well as too much from young/new employees who are just trying to learn. And Taco Bell should hire more people for this location, as it's almost always backed up when I get there. Food is usually wonderful tho, never left...

Lets just get this out of the way and say Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. I think there should be a totally different quality scale for fast food versus a restaurant. So the quality was as expected. However, what I didn't like is the fact the employees literally stood there in the back looking at us looking at them, and never came up to take our order. They have a little kiosk where you can put in your own order and apparently that's what they wanted us to do. My dad is old school and hates that type of stuff so we had to yell at them to please come over and take our order. Pretty rude and lazy. And I'm not a review Karen. I hate leaving...
