John's Frosted Mug — Restaurant in Forsyth

My husband, 15 year old son and myself dined here Saturday evening and won't be visiting this place again. My son decided he wanted to sing karaoke so we got up to choose a song for him and while we were doing this, a waitress came by and cleared our drinks, my hamburger and fries and my husband's partial that he removed to eat. I had hardly touched my hamburger and fries, but was planning on finishing them and we weren't done with our drinks.She didn't ask us if we were done with our food/drinks and I'm dumbfounded that she thought it was okay to throw away someone's tooth?! Let me be clear when I'm talking about his tooth/partial; I'm not referring to a tooth he pulled out and was holding onto, I'm talking about a partial that he wears daily for a missing front tooth that was $1600 out of pocket! Once we realized that his partial was gone, myself and my son asked if we could dig through the trash to locate it. We weren't offered an apology or even for the waitress to dig through the garbage to locate it since it was her mistake!! We didn't end up finding it, but my son and myself came back after we dropped my husband off at home who was distraught after this happened, mind you. We asked to take 2 bags of trash with us so we could find it. We were met with overwhelming rudeness because apparently we left without paying our $60 something tab in all of the chaos. This wasn't purposely done, but was easy to forget about considering the circumstances. I paid the bill while I was there, but you think that would have been the least of their worries when they threw out a $1600 partial!! Long story short, my SON AND I found my husband's partial after digging through GARBAGE with no help from any of the staff. It turns out that the woman who cleared our table and caused this unnecessary mess was the owner's wife. I've been left with a bad taste in my mouth with the LACK of customer service and common courtesy this place offers. Save your money and go...

We were regular customers until Tuesday 12/11/12; we use to eat there on Avg 1 to 2 times a week. But we waited over 30 minutes to get the special French Dip then when it arrived it was Ice cold, not even warm. There we other people whom came in before us that still had not gotten there food yet. We are sorry but we sent it back, then paid for our drinks and left. As we were trying to pay we got accosted by a drunken female customer. We went to another place and ordered their French Dip Special got it within 10 minutes and it was hot. This is the second time we had bad food. Last time we ordered a pizza waited a long time and it came out burnt we sent it back they made us a new one but that night I got sick on that. We really use to like your food but it has really gone downhill along with your service. We use to bring Family and friends with us we enjoyed the food before. Our group came upon this place for a stop on a bachelorette trip. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal, our waitress/ bartender was super sweet, fast, kept our drinks filled and kept us up to do date on our appetizers and food as they were in the kitchen! It was a reasonably large group so we tried a lot of the menu items, some of our favorites were the fried mushrooms, onion rings and the burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. We decided to stay for the Karaoke, and y’all the talent in this little town was insane! There’s a great variety of music played and some genuinely talented regulars as we learned. The staff was very friendly and interactive with the crowd, it was overall a really great experience, I would definitely recommend for a girls night or fun date night.
