McDonald's — Restaurant in Forsyth

3rd- Update - 95 Degrees Outside and it was Misriable inside Everyone Came in Said it was too Hot in the Restaurant to Eat ! And Can't Imagine people working not being over heated unless it's just not working in the Lobby? No Manager around Frontend just Kids ! They weren't asking if it was Dine in ? Management in Evenings not Checking and Tables Weren't being wiped Down ! Last 2 weeks this Way! Liked the other Mananger that went to 76 she Cared ! Get Air fixed even if You have to Run people off that stay too Long? Don't make Regulars Suffer with the HEAT in the restaurant ! ( Corporate Fix the Air Conditioning ! ) May 12, 2022 4th Update -Finally got some air-conditioning in their ! But, Soda Went up Not Happy! I Didn't get a Raise 4years ,Inflation and Gas is Going up ! It's Cheaper to go to a Sit Down Restaurant now then Mc Donald's for Noon and Evening Meals ! Short handed except Evenings ! Hire some morning and Day people ? Or scheduling is Bad ? 5th Update- Air Fixed ! Now to get people to listen when ordering ? Most times Wrong ? But, Management fixes it ! Customers inside is always last ! Need to keep tables clean !

12/2022 - Little to No Heat ! Air-conditioning Running ! Fix it ! It's Gets Worse Everyday ! It took almost a Year to get Air Fixed, Get Heat Fixed Employees Wearing Jackets just to Work inside! Corporate Read my Priors ,, Locals spend Money here and Most are Seniors, if You want Outsiders to look at Your Past fix it ? January 2023 -Talked with Mananger and it's a Poor Build Design ! No Way to fix Heating, Vents in Roof ! Eat Fast and Leave when it's Cold and Cold winds ! July -2023 - Saturday and 30 minutes wait for Breakfast ? And the Play area has been closed for a Few Weeks ! Not Air in Play Place, But Freezing inside.

2024- It wasn't cleaned the night before? Floor was a Mess ? Morning person Cleaning up, because the Place Wasn't cleaned night before? Night Manangers are to lax on keeping it clean ? Most Places Don't let their people leave until it's wiped Down ,swept and Mopped?...

I am VERY disappointed in this store! We frequent this location often as it is close to our home & the only location in Forsyth. Most often, we have long wait times at the drive thru, (as long as 16 minutes), & too often, the order is wrong by the time we receive it. Today, I arrived at 11:30 am, (beginning of lunch rush), & waited a long time to have my order even taken. By the time I made it to the 2nd window to pick up my food, I was in for a shock.

There was a car, (directly in front of me), pulled forward & waiting, a car in the numbers 1, 2, and 3 spots waiting, and nowhere left to park and wait. The drive thru attendant told me that my food was not ready & began to ask me to pull forward & wait, when she realized there were no spots left. She asked the manager, "when will the food be ready?" The manager replied with an unbelievable response, "why are we out of food?" It seems ridiculous to me that a manger would ask an employee why they would be out of food. How can the manager not know why the kitchen would be out of food and even more shocking to me, why she would ask an employee in front of a customer. Once I finally received my food, the lid was not put on the drink well, (again, this happens all too often), and I ended up wearing the drink as did the company truck that I drive. Now, i must do all that i can to clean this awful mess up & out of the truck that I am responsible for.

My family is a big fan of McDonalds, (LOVE the large drinks for $1 and get them daily), but almost every visit, (inside or drive thru), we end up waiting an obscene amount of time for our order. I have attached a picture of the truck seat after I had cleaned up the spilled drink. I feel like you would want to know how poorly this McDonalds is being ran. We have several friends that have posted on Facebook about the awful service, and it's kind of the town joke that McDonalds in Forsyth used to be "fast food" and now it is SO SLOW and people are eating anywhere other than here. This McDonald's provided an awesome " throwback' experience! It was very reminiscent of long ago visits to McD:s( back when I enjoyed the experience! Back when all crew was super nice and helpful. You know when a human actually greeted you when you entered the building. I got to place my order w a human that did not require me to hunt them down. He was super pleasant and didn't appear to hate the world or his job! They didn't cater to drive thru and doordash . The word kiosk was never uttered! Service was prompt and order was correct! Restuarant was clean and they even had the indoor play place ! Their ice cream machine worked and I did not see a single person come inside w their order from drive thru to get it corrected! If they just had the little boxes of McDonaldland cookies or happy meals in cool shaped containers or Ronald McDonald or Grimace working the birthday parties in the special birthday party room.....lol! But this location definitely gave me the warm fuzzies of memories and I also got correct order from a...
