Careful with your personal belongings in this place or the employees may steal your stuff when you aren't looking! Contacted the manager asking to review video footage and waited several days to hear back. Called and called asking if my daughters lost backpack was ever turned in and each time they claimed nobody in their store has heard of any lost items. Waited and waited. Finally got the manager to look at the videos because I know for a fact the lost backpack was lost in the restaurant and when he watched the video he saw the backpack with my daughter and then it just "magically disappeared" like some phenomenon. My guess is he was watching as his own employee STOLE it from my child when she had her back turned and the backpack on the floor. He claimed nobody from his store even went near the backpack. Filed a police report and low and behold, when he found out the police were now involved, he called me within minutes to say the backpack magically showed up! Hmmm. Pretty fishy. One of his employees had the lost backpack in her car! She lied and claimed she had been trying to return it but obviously that was not the case. We even asked HER specifically if she had heard of a lost backpack and she said no. She had it all along! For 5 whole days! Tried contacting corporate and still have not heard a thing back from anyone. Contacted a different store asking their manager to have the district manager contact me. Still nothing. Horrible operation and management and thieves. Glad to have the backpack back, but if it weren't for the police, our laptop would be long gone for qdoba employees to...
Read moreI walked in this poor guy was working all by himself. There was a coworker with her nose ring pierced talking to the person salting chips just ignoring the lunch rush coming in. The man was helping the costumers and saying sorry for the delay I will be with you in a second. Clearly wondering why she wasn't helping him. Then about 5 minutes when by she finally comes up, sorry I was expecting my manager to be here today helping. I said ok told her I would like nachos for my kiddo with chips on the bowl ( mind you we go to quoba once a week but not this one). She immediately says to me we don't do that here for kids meals cannot put chips in the bowl. I then explained other quoba do not knowing this would be the end of the world. She then stormed out leaving this guy all by himself again to make my food. Not knowing this sweet man , was on his fourth day of work. He went above and beyond to apologize for her behavior, when really she should of apologized. I wish I would have gotten the guys name, If I had a place to hire him I would he doesn't deserve to be put in a position all by himself (without assistance and rude employees). Mind you they were also short on food , rice etc you could tell the cooks hadn't cooked anything in some time. Only giving stars for this new employee otherwise...
Read moreI don't come here as often, mainly because of the fact that they skimp hard on the meat. You have to order & pay extra for double the amount they provide regularly.. and even then, it's just about a normal - fair amount.. just enough that way.
Besides my issue with the tiny amount of protein you get, I really wish they'd bring back the chili ancho bbq burrito. It was so good, my absolute favorite. Everybody loved it - come'on man!
Otherwise, the food is always made well, they always have a full selection with everything in stock & fresh. The service is usually good, although you will get a real jerk occasionally.. but not as bad recently. The location is very convenient, easy to locate & access, plenty of parking & room, spacious inside with plenty of seating, and generally it's pretty clean & clear. I like how you can see into the kitchen too.
Overall, it's a pretty good option and one of the better Qdoba locations around here. It's reasonable, quick, easy,...
