Dec 2020: Bumped up to 5 stars from 3. The owner responded to this review and invited me to go back and try the boba again. It is now the same consistency as other locations: Soft, chewy, delightful.

I was skeptical this would ever change, as an in person conversation with the owner revealed they thought their old recipe was the "correct" way to do it, and other locations were wrong. Well, if this new change is the "wrong" way, it's still the better way. If you keep this recipe for the boba, you'll keep 5 stars and my consistent business. Thanks for changing.

2019: HUGE drop in quality from other locations.

No way does this get 5 stars. The Denver location is 5 stars. The actual boba/bubbles here are hard and undercooked, unlike the Denver location which has perfectly cooked boba. This is from several attempts on different days. So it wasn't just a bad batch, they have clearly just chosen to use a different, subpar recipe/cooking method.

Gets 3 stars simply because it's a decent option for Fort Collins. If this were in Denver it'd get a soft 2 star. Fix your boba and...

I love this place. Some of the best boba in town, and one of the few places that has taro. The app is a bit glitchy sometimes, but I don't blame them for that. And every time I have had an issue, they have fixed it. I ordered ahead today and put in a specific time to pick it up, but when I placed the order, the app glitched, so it just showed asap instead of the time I put down. When I called, the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful and she made sure to write a note so it was made at the right time.

The only issue I have ever had there was when I didn't see that there was an option to add a bag in the app, so when I went to pick up the order of 5 different items, I asked for a bag and the guy was incredibly rude about it and had me put 10 cents on my card. I went here with my friend after telling her how much I love this place, and had the worst experience and drink. We both got the thai milk tea and after getting our drinks the color was immediately off and it tasted closer to the Kung fu milk tea rather than the Thai one. After going back and explaining that the flavor was off and really lacking, the girl even said that she thought the color was wrong too. However, then she proceeded to say that she didn’t know what to do about it and said that the tea is brewed inconsistently so that’s why it wouldn’t have flavor. I’m sorry, I work in food and if someone said that to me I would at least offer them to remake the drink. Instead she just stared at us and then I had to apologize and leave….
