McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Dodge

Heading back from Correctionville to Ames, me and my girlfriend wanted a bite to eat and drove out of our way to get some Mickey D's. To say it was disappointing would be putting it mildly. We paid at the first window and upon arriving at the second window, they tried to hand us the completely wrong order. The manager was rude and informed us that we had paid for the wrong order. We offered to correct this and the manager just turned and walked away. Upon receiving our correct order, we found that while the fries were very fresh and hot, not a single grain of salt was present. As I ate my mcdoubles, I found that all were extremely bland, which is weird because you expect mcdonalds to be a bit salty. My sandwiches were extremely bland. My girlfriend got a quarter pounder with an iced coffee. The burger also suffered from extreme blandness, and the coffee........ the coffee tasted like they had filled a cup full of water and mixed in some whip cream. There was no coffee at all in that drink. If I could rate zero I would. This mcdonalds need to do something because it was not...

Upon entering, I was happy to see there were no kiosks, but a cashier to take our order. Turns out, we may have been better off at a kiosk. I ordered a large Carmel mocha. The employee checked with a member of management to see if they could make it. I was told they couldn't make smoothies because the machine was down. I said that wasn't what i wanted, to which the cashier told me again they couldn't make it. I clarified that i was hoping to get a hot drink, to which he said they in fact could make. We were informed they were making our order and they'd call our number when it was ready. When our number was called, it did not have the coffe drink with it. The female manager said she hadn't gotten to it yet. We watched and waited. I saw the manager member actually put the coffe on the counter and walk away. We had to ask the cashier if that was my drink. No apologies were issued, no thank yous were given.... not very good service to say the least. I cant say I'll be...

HORRIBLE! we did order a big order and watched the car ahead in drive through flip out because they were taking so long for his food which was 3 sandwiches and even told the dude to cool it because he was being rude to the workers and meanwhile they were so off track they were making him wait and we watched him hand our order to the wrong car the guy even tried to say no that wasn't his order and then a passenger told the driver screw it we will make it work and the worker proceeded to give it to them and they took off. When we pulled up we told him what he did and he was all flustered and went to have a remake without apology to us! We even drove back around through drive thru so the people behind could have their food. Come back to window and don't even get acknowledged while we tried waving one down to at least get our drinks. After 45 minutes of this whole ordeal we still had to wait another 5 minutes to get our 3 drinks. Which were not even right!...
