My husband and I have been coming here since the restaurant first opened, and every visit has been wonderful. As business owners ourselves, we really notice and appreciate professionalism, great atmosphere, and genuine hospitality — and Joshua, the manager, consistently delivers. We usually sit at the bar, and our experience there is always excellent. Joshua is professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He has a way of making every guest feel valued, and his positive energy really sets the tone for the whole team. The bar staff is hardworking and friendly, and it’s clear they respect his leadership. The food is great, the drinks are excellent 10 out of 10 and we’ve even brought friends who loved it just as much as we do. Service matters to me just as much as the food, and FR blows both out of the water. I love a menu where I can't decide what to choose. Ended up going with the burger and my friend got the salmon so we shared. The salmon tasted like a toasted marshmallow and literally melts in your mouth. The burger - which was amazing by itself - was served with a ranch foam, something I've never seen or tasted before. Beyond belief. The tallow fries were the hit of the evening, and the plantains were soft and sweet and cooked to perfection

The FR is a hidden gem (follow the signs) and I cannot wait to go back. Especially to leave room to try that...

Finally, a NEW restaurant that matches the vibe of Fort Lauderdale. The Florida Rooms menu is fun, fresh and full of flavor. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell the chef loves creating fun dishes. The flavor and flair he’s bringing to The Fort are next-level.

Whether you’re coming off the courts or just looking for a new local spot, this place nails it. Great energy, gorgeous presentation, and the kind of food that makes you pause mid-bite to say, “Oh my gosh, that’s good.”
