BEWARE!! On August 20, 2021 around 6:25 pm. I went through drive through and when I handed the young lady my debit card, I noticed she didn’t swipe my card but sat my card on the opposite side of the swipe machine. Keeping my eyes on her because I thought this was strange behavior. I actually seen her ease her CELL Phone up to her right side and snap a picture of my card and flipped it over. I should have called the police because this is a CRIME! I yelled at her and you would have thought a Manager would have come to see what was going on, so I parked and went inside to speak with manager. Finally, manager comes and says what’s the problem ma’am. All she said is your right she should not have her phone out. Not this is serious accusation. I will review camera. I really feel that all employees participate in credit card Fraud. I contacted corporations headquarters and asked for a call from the owner. I will never forget this!!! Read moreMy experience today was terrible. First after placing my order at the self service kiosk, we still had to go to the counter to get our order. I order a big breakfast deluxe with a large coffee, a steak egg and cheese bagel with an orange juice and a sausage biscuit with egg, and a chocolate milkshake. The biscuit fell apart as soon as I touched it. The bagel was fine. My breakfast platter must have been cooked with the steak bagel because that's what it taste like. And to top it off, there were onions on my pancakes under the egg. I thought I was going crazy at first because my eggs and pancakes tasted like the steak but when I saw the onions I couldn't eat anymore. The milkshake was all milk no shake. The manager just gave me my money back. The most helpful person was the older lady cleaning the lobby. When she saw the biscuit fall apart she came over to clean it up. It's too early for this.
