China House — Restaurant in Fort Meade

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTUARANT. THE OWNERS ARE MEAN AND NASTY PEOPLE!!!!!

Me and my family are regulars at this restaurant. We have been going there for a few months. The service was never super friendly but it was manageable and my grandmother seemed to enjoy the food. Today I decide to go to the restaurant and get some food. My food is finally ready I carry the food out by THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG. I take it to my car. Once I'm home I carry the bag by the TOP AND ALL MY FOOD SPILLS ALL OVER MY DRIVE WAY. I checked the bag and apparently the bag was wet which made the bottom of the bag weak and unable to hold the food and literally All the FOOD falls out the bottom of the bag. I scrape all the food up and take it back to the restaurant and kindly explain what happened.

The wife of the owner of the restaurant comes out YELLING TELL ME ITS NOT THIER FAULT. TELLING ME THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO SPILLED THE CONTENTS THAT MADE THE BAG SPILL. I explained to her that I carried the food by the bottom of the bag and that's why it did not fall while I was in the restaurant. She didn't believe me and tried to argue me down about the food. I was the one who spent 20$ on this meal and I was the only who had a right to have an attitude. But instead of apologizing and offering to make me some more ...She went back and told her husband what I said and he started yelling the whole time I was there in another language.After going back and forth with her for five minutes she decided to remake the food.

I couldn't believe how they were behaving AFTER ALL THE TIMES WEVE PURCHASED FOOD FROM THEM AND NEVER COMPLAINED OR TAKEN ANYTHING BACK AND THE ONE TIME WE DO THEY TRY THROW BLAME ON US. ITS WAS ABSOLUTLY DEPLORABLE. THEY WERE CROOKS AND ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. WE WILL MAKE SURE TO LET EVERYONE WE KNOW NOT TO USE...

One of the if not the best Chinese food restuarant I've ever had the pleasure of ordering food from in Florida period! I'm orginally from nyc so I know my Chinese food especially since in my youth I spent all my time in china town. The food was like a taste of home and it made me extremely happy and full! Tastes great kudos to the cook and management dont change anything. Real good Chinese food cooked just like I remember and I am so happy I found this place because I've been looking in florida for a long while and finally I found a taste of home that is damn near perfect and the best I have found around. Do yourself a big favor you want Chinese food this is one of the only places I will recommend. Thank you. I have called in 2 orders before today since my review. A nice sounding man answers and announces the name of the restaurant. He is professint and clear. Today however, the same youndet woman answers. Hello. HELLO? hi, is this the Chinese restaurant. Yes, what do you want.. really? Not changing my stars. She needs to be told how to be the front end if that's where they are going to use her at. Ridiculous.

This place is usually a good place to call in to-go orders. However this time, I called and Hello was spoken. I ask if this is the Chinese Place. Yes. Ok, I would like to place an order please. Fine.
