Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fort Myers

This location is absolutely ridiculous. I have been in twice and both times they have had no bread except some bagels and croissants. No ciabatta bun, no big and toasty toast., etc.The donuts from this location were warm but the filling in the donuts were non-existent. I have eating tons of dunkin donuts and these were the worse donuts I had to date, though they were still kind of yummy. The customer service WOW...the woman serving us was nice, but she was rudely pushed out of the way of her register while trying to ring us up by the manger who said he had to do some business first. This poor cashier tried to smile as we waited quite a bit and when he was finally done, he offered no apology for the wait. The woman apologized quietly like she was afraid of the manager. Due to this, I am a bit worried about how the employees are treated at this location by that manager. This could have been a one time kind of deal for this employee, so maybe the employees here are treated good, but we could not tell from our end. So sad because, with Dunkin Donuts, you expect a certain type of uniformity and service and here there is none! I am NEVER coming back to this location. I will be going up the road the other one: well worth it the few...

What absolute shame! Used to go to this dunkin 4 times a week atleast but not any more. The manager should be assumed you have 3 employees working so hard every time I go the and there is always 2 lady’s sit in the drive window hiding from customers not matter how busy they are today I went the attempting to hid saw me while the other 2 where busy and refused to acknowledge me crazy having a full blown conversation in a different language and I’m attempting to talk to here she gives me the hand like what in the world .i feel so bad for the employees that just wanna work while this group of ladies think it’s socal hour. I wait 5 full mins of being ignored by this lady and I finally said some to here and she looked at me like a was speaking Chinese. That’s when it dawned on me that these 2 ladies hide because they can’t speak English just hit me with hand gestures. Crazy dunkin do better you will lose all good employees promoting a...

Okay... I order a coffee with non dairy milk, ie almond or Soy either one. The woman at the counter just doesn't understand. She asks me if I want cream or milk? I said non dairy Milk soy or almond. She told me she can give me cream. My girl says just forget it, we'll ask for it on the other side of the counter, where we pick up the order. Sure enough we ask another person for Almond or Soy milk on the side, cause our order was already served. The woman understood exactly what we said.. as she's filling the cup the first woman who initially took the order told her " she wants cream!" I said no we don't want cream we want non dairy Milk soy or Almond. Then another woman tells me to relax, i told her this shouldn't be so difficult. In the end my girl just got fed up and said " forget it i don't want anything" ... and we left. I dk why ordering a coffee with non dairy milk was so difficult. Just doesn't make any sense 😕 ...
