McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Myers

This place has some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I sometimes go for my lunch break and no matter what, I am pointed to the parking spot for waiting. I order the most basic things like a cheeseburger or quarter pounder and it's straight to the waiting spot everytime. Also, my lunch time is much earlier then most people, and there's hardly anyone in the drive thru. Still, most of the time the food isn't fresh and the person who brings out the food looks pretty homeless. I've even tried ordering through the app and when I get there 10 mins later or so, you guessed it, go to the waiting spot. This last time I was the only one in the drive thru, and I ordered through the app and still they sent me to wait. I got out the car and went inside and there was barely anyone inside! And the guy who brings out the food was standing around looking very lost in the dining hall. I just couldn't believe that service could be this bad. It's just so sad to see how quality and customer service has disappeared. People do not take pride in anything anymore. And every one acts like they are to good for anything! This is just sad. I will do my best to avoid this place permanently. Unfortunately, places like this will always depend on the automatic customers. I absolutely hate this place I was reading my book they requested that I leave gave me no explanation I lived here from 2004 to 2014 I am a certified public accountant retired I no longer practice I have tons of prior clients because I lived here from 2004 to 2014 I have visited this McDonalds during that period of time and it wasn't anything like that and they never asked me to leave when I sat there half the day and read a book I encourage anybody wanting to visit this restaurant perhaps Burger King just because of the attitude of the employees here this was not a manager that made me leave this was a young black lady I will never visit this McDonald's location again I love the McDonald's on Dani drive in fort Myers I love the McDonald's on blanding in Orange Park Florida I love this McDonald's on baymeadows in Jacksonville Florida I have friends from church who go to the McDonald's in interlachen Florida never had that kind of treatment any of these these are employees with attitudes that obviously this restaurant needs to learn to lose customers if they're not...

Horrible service. Not only are the lines always constantly long which I do understand being it’s the only McDonald’s in the part of the neighborhood, but while waiting in line through the drive thru- three other people in the first line got to order before they finally answered my “hello” after telling me originally pulling up to “give them a minute” while they proceeded to take multiple other orders for the other line. Finally when she takes my order she wants to refuse my extra pickles as requested because they already come on the sandwich. Like I said- I wanted EXTRA pickles. Had to get my point across for real for some pickles? Then I get my food and fries are all over the bottom of the bag like they straight don’t care at all! They have horrible customer service skills, their rude , and slow. Wouldn’t be surprised if their the next local McDonald’s to shut down!!
