I really wish I can give no stars. Their customer service is horrible to begin with and to make matters worse. I got handed a hot cup of coffee and the lid was not properly sealed so as soon as I grabbed it from the Employee, The top just easily popped right open, And spilled on me and my Car. I can tell it was completely full to the top. Anybody in the right mind would know once you serve a hot cup of coffee you do not fill it completely up to the rim, especially if you’re getting cream and sugar on the side like I usually order that is a no-brainer the coffee was piping hot and spilled all over my hand, burning me and getting all over my car door I was outraged. I went inside to confront the lady I didn’t get her name but she had glasses and had a Haitian accent , she did not apologize at the window and she certainly did not apologize at the counter. I asked and demanded to speak to the manager and she declined . She. says what can I help you with and I asked her again can I speak to the manager and she Told me that she wasn’t in today . so I just told her very frankly that I was upset because she burnt me because the coffee lid was properly not closed and she just gave me an excuse that the coffee lid was closed tightly and made it seem like it was my fault The way I Grabbed the cup from her My arms are not built like a bodybuilder, and I get coffee all the time and I’ve never ever had this issue in my life . and she also told me that she got burnt too , I did not see her get affected by this one bit when I was at the window and she has the audacity to blame it on me . shaking my head. Read moreNever had an issue until tonight. I ordered a quart pounder meal, crispy chicken deluxe meal, happy meal, and an extra cheeseburger. We got our food and I was missing a medium fry. I told the manager. He came back and said we only ordered 1 fry. I explained I used the app towards the quarter pounder meal (app offers meal for 6.49 instead of $10) and he wouldn’t even listen when I explain it was supposed to be a meal. I asked him what l had to do to get an extra fry (pay, the app, etc) and he shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what to tell you, we never had an issue like that. I repeated his words “so you’ve never had an issue with food orders” he chuckled at me and said “nope, only you” after his response, I got a little irritated and asked how he expects to fix the situation since I didn’t get my fry for the meal AND my order was never discounted- I wasn’t given the option to change the order to the meal, like I originally intended and the code doesn’t work on deluxe orders. He said I either needed to leave or pay for a fry. I ended up paying over $7 for just a burger and drink that should have came to 6.49 with the whole meal. I am not a confrontational person and wouldn’t have an issue paying. It was the fact he wouldn’t acknowledge anything I was trying to explain to him and he offered no resolution to fix the issue, on top of laughing at my situation. I get my first meal after a 14 hour shift to get laughed at by your workers and get cheated out of food AND money. Instead of giving me the bundle deal where it’s $2.39 for 1 sausage McMuffin and 1 hash brown, they charged me full price for all of it. Came out to damn near double what I normally pay. I brought it to workers attention, she directed me to next window saying they’ll fix it there and that she didn’t know why it didn’t ring it up that way. Manager working second window. I explain my issue. And with a total attitude, proceeds to tell me, because I didn’t specifically ask for the bundle so she doesn’t have to do anything. I asked her why wouldn’t I want the deal? Why would I pay more than I normally do? Blank stare. No real response. Like I know it’s fast food but damn. I’d give you the deal if the roles were reversed. What happened to customer service?
