Bo's Crab Spot — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

I placed my order over the phone 25 mins later got there to pick up my food which was 2 Snow crabs, shrimp, lobster, potatoes, corn, sausages, eggs totalling $58.99 once I arrived gave my order number I had to wait still additional 20 - 25 mins, which brought me to think that they had waited for me to show up then cook my food, so I asked the young girl that was giving another customer their food if my food was just being cooked and she told me yes they are cooking your fried lobster and Fried Crabs, so I said to another customer well what was the purpose of me placing my order over the phone, she should have told me that they wait for the customer to come before they cook the food because when I 1st got there she told me that they was putting the sauce on my food (which in now I know that was a big fat lie) they waa actually cooking tge food because ahe later told on her self and told me that, so then obce the foid cameup I was going to say something about the service I received and another lady that was about to hand me my food pulled the food back like sge was trying to keep it, then I said to her humm I did pay already why already holding back on giving me my food she oroceeded to say because you was about to say something abd i wanted to hear what you was going to say, long story short, I never did even get a chance to say what I was about to say because she got so rude with me and then proposed that she could give me back my money then said said I'ma give you back your money then Closed the window in my face and got the money to give back to me, remind you I never did even get to express how I felt about the service. She was nasty and very rude, poor and terrible customer service, I dnt recommen anyone to this place. Also the lady that was waiting after me said to me ( but you didn't even say anything and she was nasty and rude with you like that) . 1st time trying, followed reviews. I was very disappointed, from the way the young lady greeted me when I walked inside, telling me to go outside to the window, when I asked for a menu. She open the window and handed me a menu and close the window back. I ordered the large with snow crabs, told it would be ready in 20 minutes, was asked how am I paying? I paid in cash. Came back in 40 mins, another person was there and my order wasn'tready (it was the owner Sharon, daughter took the order). When I asked about the order, she didn't know. So she went in the back ,came back with another person order, ask me what I ordered and how did I pay? After I reviewed my order, I left and went home to try it out and omg!!!!! The eggs were old, the crab leg was black and know butter flavor, hard and dry, no flavor at all. The sausage wasn't cut up and was as long as your pinky finger. Immediately called ask for the owner she answered the phone, I explained how disappointed I was with the food, she told ,me to come and get a refund. Once I arrived, I was greeted by the aunt and daughter again, didn't see Ms. Sharon. The daughter had me back outside to the window, never said anything about food, apologized or nothing. Opened the window, took the bag, gave me my money and closed the window in my face. I walked inside and the aunt was at the display counter and apologized again.

The lady explained to me that I would get two clusters in a pound of snow crab when I entered the establishment. Didn’t wait that long for my food which was great but when I got home I only got one cluster in my container, the shrimp was not clean and it was very hard to get the skin off. The seasoning was ok but the corn was very bland even with their seasoning all over it. The eggs tasted terrible, going to be honest. The only thing that tasted good from here was the snow crab. This was my first time coming here, I heard about it from tik tok and the review were great but I truly did not enjoy it.
