Whoever that blonde older lady with glasses that looks like a manager is needs to tone down. Stopped here early morning with my girlfriend and little brother for donuts and a signature caramel latte and the cashier was super sweet but they don’t take names or give order numbers they just call out the items ordered and while we were waiting for my brothers latte we heard the blonde woman call a caramel craze and didn’t think it was ours because of the name(what we ordered is called a signature latte caramel flavored, didn’t know they called it a different name here) but no one else claimed it and I sent my brother to ask her if it was his drink because she said a different name we’ve never heard and wanted to make sure we weren’t stealing(mind you there where people who ordered before us also waiting so we were making sure) and she decided to be rude and give a her answer with attitude talkin bout "does it have caramel ?". My brother ain’t say anything rude just trying to make sure he wasn’t stealing because i guess it too much work taking people names or using order numbers. This lady need to check her attitude, and I still spoke up and apologized and said "sorry we were just trying to confirm" and she didn’t care now I know this location is unreliable and has no cares to give. Hope that lady fix’s her issues, I understand not being cheerful in food service all the time but why be so rude?...
Read moreIf I could rate this Dunkin’ on customer service 0 stars I would. I was in line for 30 minutes ordered a few beverages and and donuts and bacon. I was with my 3 children. There was a white woman with glasses and tattoos who I observed for an extended amount of time completely disrespect customers for asking if their items were ready. When I realized my son’s bacon didn’t come out yet I asked her if any of the bags were mine and she stated that “she doesn’t know and to pay attention” it’s not what you say it’s how you say it! Her tone was disgusting and rude!!!!! She then threatened me and said if I-wanna go we can go (meaning fight) I extended the invitation cause she met the right one today!!! She’s completely disgusting and her attitude is disgraceful! As a person who works in customer service this was the most disgusting impression to leave on customers! Read moreI stopped on my way to an appointment the cashier Jozanne took the order never told me the total I had to look at the display that was facing down. She then continued to speak with Jean it took a few minutes before she gave me the recipe they just continued their conversation as the kine behind me continued to get longer. Once my recipe was given to me it took 15-20 months to get a wake up wrap and bacon egg and cheese. Mind you there were people that ordered before me that were still waiting as well. I asked for an update on the food and was told it was coming. It took 10 minutes for them to finally bring out the order. Horrible...
