Let me start this review with this... If you have been putting this place off, (for whatever reason) you need to get your ass over there and get this delicious food in your belly!!!!

Last night I was looking for something for dinner and couldn't settle on anything and then remembered I saw recently, the hours for Sacred Grounds were til 8 on some nights so I checked GOOGLE, and yup open til 8. I drive over go inside and am immediately greeted by a young lady (can't remember your name I'm sorry 🥺) who was enjoying a muffin that is made in-house. I am told I can sit anywhere I like, and I like to sit in the back facing the whole room so I can observe everyone (people watch 🙄😒). They were busy but not overly. Service was moving along very well. My waitress comes for my drink order and asks if I need a minute to decide, I tell her that I do, it's my first time so I don't even know what you have, she says to remind her as I'm leaving that she has something for me. She goes and returns a few minutes later and I still can't decide so I ask her recommendation and she straight away says the parmesan-crusted chicken. I'll take it! Comes with 2 sides all made in-house and a side salad... oh yeah, bring your appetite! The salad comes out right away, ceaser dressing is soooo good, not sure if that's made in-house although I really hope it is... lol Sides I selected were mashed potatoes 😋 and roasted brussel sprouts... Let's stop and RAAAAVE about these brussel sprouts 😋😋..... O.M.G... THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!!!! You have to try them!!! Throughout my time there I kept hearing people talk about the desserts and pastries, sooooo obviously I had to try something. I heard a few ppl mention the apple cinnamon muffin and as it turns out that's what the waitress was snacking on when I arrived... lol. So I ordered an apple cinnamon muffin to go. I am at work,AS I write this review enjoying THE MOST AMAZING MUFFIN I HAVE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH! The cake is dense, moist and flavorful... the cinnamon crumb topping, perfection!! Needless to say, (at least I think so) YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE. HOMEY ATMOSPHERE, THE NICEST EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER MET AND THE FOOD IS OUTSTANDING!!! Oh yeah, remember the waitress told me in the beginning that she had something for me before I leave... well that is a $10 OFF coupon for your next visit!!! Every first-time customer gets one... so be sure to tell them it's your first time! These guys are doing VERY YUMMY THINGS!!! PS... you will see me for...

Absolutely love this restaurant. I’ve been here several times with my wife and even brought friends and visiting relatives who can’t stop talking about the place.Great atmosphere, extremely clean rest rooms, extremely polite kitchen staff who come out and check that your food is how you ordered it and if you are enjoying it. The food is plentiful and delicious and I would go so far as to say that everything I have had so far is the best I’ve had in the Treasure Coast. The waitress, not so much. Borderline rude and gives the impression of forcefully being polite. Frequently talks back to customers and tried to cheat me out of change for a $20 on a less then $10 dollar purchase .by saying she was out of change. On every occasion we have visited her disposition has always been the same and when other waitresses were present she nastily belittled them in front of customers to the point of bullying them and giving the impression of a hostile work environment. It’s notable to say I’ve never seen the same waitress twice other than the fore mentioned waitress leading us to believe she has driven them off and must be a family member to still be working there. Otherwise if you can deal with the waitress as I’ve described Sacred Grounds Corner Cafe is truly a hidden gem located on US-1 in Fort Pierce Florida and a must go to destination for all true foodies, locals,...

Sacred Grounds is not a hip and swanky restaurant and that's exactly why you should go there.

This place is pure comfort food heaven and it's all made from stratch.

Everything I ordered was flavorful and the service was very attentive. In fact, one of the owners checked on my table more than once and the server made us a fresh pot of coffee at 7:30 at night.

I recommend the macoroni and cheese, white gravy, and the barbeque beef.

All of their desserts are homemade and I want to try them all. I had the red velvet cake tonight and am looking forward to trying a piece of the coconut cake next time.

The atmoshphere is also very cozy and the booths are spacious. It's a great place to relax after a long day. If you are lucky you'll get to hear one of the servers play piano.

I believe this place is undeserving of the negative reviews they've recieved. It's unrealistic to think a small establishment like this can keep their prices as low as a chain restaurant when everyone is paying higher than average food prices due to inflation.

My only complaint is that I had to smell delicious food and couldn't try any of it as I waited for my dinner. :) The aromas of other people's meals definatley will have you...

First when I walked in there were 10 to 12 homemade pies and cakes on display! They are made daily by a chef. My mouth was watering before I got to my table. The wine I ordered was ice cold and it was 2 for 1. I ordered the best lobster bisque I have ever had and chicken fried steak, garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. My husband ordered the meatloaf. I didn't finish all of mine to try a piece of that carrot cake and OMG so good. I had an amazing latte they make with crème instead of milk and it tasted like a smooth Cuban latte. Debbie was our waitress and I must mention her because it's been awhile since I had someone a little older with a touch of Southern hospitality. She was very good.

A must try. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. This place is in an older building but has quaint features that take you back in time. The meatloaf sandwich was full of flavor on great bread. The accompanying gravy made for excellent dipping. More than enough for 2 people. The mahi Reuben was perfectly cooked and delivered a sophisticated profile. The homemade tortilla chips (not gluten free) were excellent and likely nothing you’ve ever tried. The service was a little slow today but it turned out to be worth the wait. They offer Pepsi products. Note to chef: you’re one ingredient away from a great poutine (offer cheese curds with your crispy fries and gravy and you’re there).

My visit to Sacred Grounds Corner Cafe was truly excellent. This is a hidden gem in Fort Pierce that you shouldn't miss. It has the charm of a good old-fashioned café/diner, with a very nice, Christian family-run atmosphere. The food was top-notch. The portions were generous, and the dishes were beautifully prepared. My meal was the General Store. My wife had the Shrimp and Grits. The other meal is the Dirty Bird. Serena is a great server so the service was also fantastic. Sacred Grounds Corner Cafe is a great choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The excellent coffee is also a plus. Thank you for the Contemporary Christian Music!!
