I have a mixed review. The staff and scheduling was easy. We were a few minutes late and they were accommodating. The place looked clean and the ease of parking and the location were great. The chairs and the ambiance of the room were to be as expected for the price that we paid. The room was a fairly good size, and well-lit with a single salt wall and salt on the floors. Five people were in the same room with chairs fairly spaced about 5-6 feet apart. Three included myself and my two kids who fell asleep because the music and the room itself was so relaxing. However, the complaint that I had was that there was one person in our room that had a continuous cough and there was no masking for obvious reasons. I wished that there was a way to leave the room once the session could start without being completely disruptive to everyone. And, so for me, it was an extremely stressful experience. I kept wondering if I should leave or go, when in all honesty coughing people should not be permitted to stay in the room with others because most people don't even bother to close their mouth when they cough. I think that it would be a good practice to ask people if they are sick when coming to the salt room, and to ask them if they have an active cough for any reason. We were also not asked this question, and when I told the attendant after the session was over what my thoughts were I was informed that very little things can survive in a salt room, but that's not exactly true. I am hopeful that it's not a big deal. Our area's covid cases are very low, but at the end of the day, it would have been a more relaxing experience to have the salt room reserved for individuals or groups who attend together, even if it means increasing the cost...
Read moreWhat drew me to this shop is their faith filled company. Seeing their social media page centering Jesus with advertisement for worship nights and Bible studies caught my eye as someone who loves the Lord. Although the beverages were great, sadly I was really disappointed with the hospitality during my visit. When my family and I first walked in, the employees didn’t seem very welcoming or interested. It wasn’t until my mom mentioned that we came here because we seen that this place loves Jesus that the attitude shifted. While drinking our beverages, a few employees were at the table next to us talking to two customers that walked in that they knew. They were whispering and gossiping right next to us. As a Christian who serves Jesus, I found it very unsettling to be in a workplace that portrays on Jesus and his love, yet the actions did not really match. When a place carries the name of Christ but doesn’t reflect His heart, it risks misrepresenting both Jesus and Christians to others. This review isn’t meant to shame or be rude, but with love to simply encourage mindfulness in the future. Other customers (Christian or not) should come in this place and feel the pure love of Jesus❤️...
Read moreI discovered this gem just the other day when I was searching for a local coffee shop that I could go and get some work done while I enjoyed a delicious coffee. I LOVED my blueberry latte! So much so, that when it was time for me to leave, I ordered 2 more of them (another for me and one for my husband), but I got them iced instead of the hot one I got first and they were equally as delicious! I absolutely loved the decor and how they have everything set up. It’s so welcoming, cozy and bright! I saw so many mommies come in with their little ones and they all had a great time so I see this is definitely a nice place for a mommy and me date ❤️ I didn’t even know about the salt ones ( I still don’t know much, but I will ask about it once I return) . I love that this place is right down the road from me too! If you have been thinking of stopping by, please do so. The ambiance is wonderful and it starts with the parking lot ! You feel like you are in a little garden or something surrounded by beautiful trees and...
