This was my first time visiting stonys bbq. My sever Erica was very patient, kind/sweet, and understanding. She even offered to help bring my food to the car since I had a lot of things, which was very thoughtful of her. Customer service was A1 just like the food. Ribs were fall off the bone and paired with delicious sauce that’s sweet and spicy with a lil kick. Mac n cheese was cheesy and delicious, the candy yams took me back to thanksgiving, the sweet beans was amazing, and that goes for the dirty rice as well. This was my first time because I heard so much about this place.. Poor customer service. No personality from the girls taking the orders at ALL ! No one smiled and made me feel welcome there . I only wanted the sandwich. The other turn off was the credit card fee that is charged. You can't have a business and then charge a fee to the customer card. SMH. The pulled pork tasted like pure salt,,,,, the ribs are not fall off the bone as stated,,,I do not believe that the barbecue sauce is homemade it tastes like some cheap bottled sauce from the grocery store,,,, the collard greens were awful,,,, the service was beyond slow, but very friendly,,,,, the french fries were served cold and considering the amount of time it took to fill the order they should have been hot !
