Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

This place needs to hire more adults and less kids. It's a poorly ran establishment. You will save time by going to any other location in the area. Our past 5 orders with them have taken over 60 mins to prepare before ready for delivery. The orders are consistently wrong. It's even more frustrating trying to get them to correct their mistakes The young staff is completely incompetent at their jobs.

1 year later... this place still needs competent management. 3 orders in past month. All 3 orders were messed up and terrible quality. Check out the pics of today's version of Veggie Hummus Wrap.

Following up to Tropical Smoothie's response to this review: Contacting through link provided only tells you to go find the location's contact info and contact them. It's pointless to tell the incompetent that they are incompetent. I'm tired of going back to get orders corrected.

This used to be a tropical smoothie location I preferred (about a year ago). Not sure if management has changed but I notice the employees have. I go frequently as I pass this one on my way to many places. Every single visit, no exaggeration, over the last 6 months has been disappointing. Today, I waited 25 minutes to get my 2 smoothies. They rang up my order wrong and charged extra which took very long to refund, I won't know that the actual refund happened for a few days. The smoothies took a very long time to make compared to other locations, getting the same ingrediants. Also, the sandwhichs and smoothies, this time and others, are always made different and not well. There is no consistency or accuracy with this location. Things are not made in a reasonable time, especially considering there are no other customers, drive thru or inside. This is becoming a noticeable, consistent decrease in quality of service and product to many, as I've had coworkers and friends mention similar experiences without myself first mentioning. Do not go to this tropical smoothie cafe! You are guaranteed to wait 30 mins in the drive thru line even if it’s just to order a smoothie. I came here since this cafe is close to my home, however, I was left waiting in the drive thru line for about 20 mins before I could even order and there were only two cars ahead of me at the time. There were also three cars behind me so at this point there was no chance for me to pull out. Two of them eventually ended up leaving but again I simply had to continue waiting since I couldn’t move. When I finally did get a chance to place my order I still waited another 10 mins for my order and finally when I got to the window, there was no apology given from worker there. I would think that someone like I, who waited this long would be offered a discount or at the very least an apology for the wait. I got nothing. I don’t recommend this cafe to anyone.
