It started with a search for burgers, but ended up at BBQ. We found a recommendation for "Twisted Smoke BBQ" - a food truck that has been open for 8 weeks. The owners welcomed us with smiles and samples...that complicated our decision. Everything we tasted was delicious. We decided to go with 'Pick 2 Meats & 2 Sides' We chose brisket, pork belly burnt ends, mac' n cheese, and baked beans. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the burnt ends delicious, the mac 'n cheese rich and cheesy, the beans full of burnt brisket ends...mmm!
Included in the platter we found moist, sweet cornbread and pickles. Their homemade sauces were tasty with a good variety. Hot is not too hot...I might have enjoyed a little more heat, but truly enjoyed every one I tasted.

Awesome barbecue!!! We tried several meats, and everything was excellent. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and came in better-sized slices than most other places. The turkey was also tender, and the pulled pork was moist and delicious. We enjoyed the cheddar and jalapeño sausage. it had a great kick without being overpowering.
The ribs were meaty and satisfying, and the pork belly had a fantastic glaze. Sides like the mac and cheese and baked beans were also very good, and we loved sampling the different barbecue sauces. We still can’t decide which one is our favorite!
