Stopped by at lunch while driving by. Saw three cars waiting, figured had to be decent at least. Got a lunch been slixed sandwich, the fries and drink for little over 9 bucks. For 9 bucks, I expected more. The sandwich was small, be prepared for that. The meat, sliced brisket, did have a small smoke ring, but light on flavor overall. Also, is sliced almost paper thin slices which does not help the look or flavor. Clearly not a lot of rub is used here, if any. This is not the brisket used to that has a depth of flavor, coming from Texas. The fries were good. Then we get on how there is nothing around the country that compares. Makes our mouths water and we dream about eating a BBQ sandwich with those perfectly seasoned red skin potatoes and the buttermilk ranch.
