I love Jeff's. Fresh ingredients make all the difference. The flavors just pop here. The everyday menu is full of high quality options, and the Saturday all you can eat brunch is my favorite. Hands down. You can even add bottomless mimosas or do the build-your-own Bloody Mary station. What makes the atmosphere here, and what sets it apart, is the owner, Jeff. He clearly knows what he's doing and understands how to manage people. The staff are entirely good at being "people" people. It's also obvious that they have been given authority to use common sense and deduction to cater (within reason) to special requests. And Jeff regularly makes the rounds in the dining room, stopping at each table. Not in an invasive, staying-too-long way, but in a way that shows genuine interest in your experience. It’s been a few months since I’ve eaten in, but I grabbed a chicken salad sandwich on a rainy Monday off work. For the sandwich, chips, and a drink, it cost about $15 including a small tip.

My food was fine and showed up quickly (no modifications), but the service was minimal. In the thirty minutes here, I watched one guy find his own to-go order on the counter after being told it wasn’t ready, another have to get his sandwich remade twice after being patient and explaining what he ordered, and another customer wait nearly 10 minutes while her order was charged out at the counter.

The ownership changed back in October 2023, and it doesn’t seem to have found its groove yet. It’s basically empty inside at 12:30 on a weekday. Still decent lunch fare off Old Greenwood, but don’t get in a rush if you’re on...

There's nothing like this restaurant in Fort Smith. The menu in collaboration with the accommodating staff make a trip to Jeff's Clubhouse something to look forward to. If it wasn't for the large selection of soups offered with their bistro style sandwiches, I'd still be coming back for their specialty salads. However, if I had to pick my favorite day to visit it'd probably be Saturday's for their brunch buffet. If you somehow forgot on the drive over, the selection of gourmet style brunch food offered and combined with Jeff's mimosas or other drink specials would make you forget you were in Fort Smith.
