Story time: I go to Subway for the first time in a while. The Price of the footlongs have gone up again, and it's not worth it anymore. It takes 20 mins for the guy to make me and my friends order (3 sandwiches). I only get meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives on my sandwich. No sauce, No double meat, and I do not tell them to pile up the vegetables. Most people I go with put 12 different things on their sandwich and it can barely close. Mine always closes extremely easy every time. My only thing that I want on my sandwich is a decent amount of olives. That's my favorite part. So I proceeded to ask for "alot of olives". He puts about 11 on my sandwich. I say " can I have just a few more" and he proceeds to tell me how the olives are more expensive than the steak, that I cannot have more, and that the franchisees don't make much compared to corporate. I literally could not care less dude...They still make more than me, and you're here bootlicking them to make sure I don't get 10 more olives. I pay the same price everyone else pays but I always elect to get much less and yet I am refused the option of making my sandwich how I want to make it AKA the ENTIRE point of subway. Anyways, I concede and finish my order. And then get to the drink fountain, and I could not belive my eyes. $2 for a refill!! At mcdonalds you can a large drink for $1.79 and get refills all day if you wanted to. Meanwhile, you already pay the same or more than that for a drink at subway and then also now have to pay for each individual refill (WHICH IS NOT SPECIFIED ON THE REAL MENU only on this little ghetto label). And so I ask, What constitutes as a "refill". My friend filled up a cup of tea and finds out it was disgusting and tasted like it had been out too long, he has to dump it and get something else. Is that a "refill"? I drink 25% of my drink while in the restaurant, but want to top it off on my way out...is that a "refill"? Do I have to pay the $2? Or do I need to pay 50 cents since I only filled 25% of my drink? What if I fill 27% of my drink? Do I need to get real specific and pay $0.54?
It's not on the menu, there's no real procedure, and I'm never coming back to this location by choice. If I am dragged here by someone else ever again, I would like to see them charge me for a refill. Your company is doing so bad you need my $2 that much? Each time I get a drink? Fat chance. It's just not happening. And I garuntee a diy label on the drink machine is not holding up in a court of law so just try to stop me😂. It's not even on your menu.
(Not the mention the employees were weird and were busy having a conversation instead of making...
Read moreBrianna did an outstanding job during my visit. The presentation of the food was beautiful, the ingredients were fresh, and her customer service was absolutely top tier. She truly deserves recognition and a well-earned pay increase. The restaurant itself was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that many guests were sharing compliments about her while enjoying their meals. Brianna made the experience welcoming and enjoyable...
Read moreOrdered online today. Normally no issue with this restaurant but today, I ordered white flat bread and was given wheat (gross). When something like this occurs, I would prefer if you waited until I got there or called me (I had to put a phone number on order) to verify if wheat is OK. I'd have changed it to a regular bread. I should have been given that option! Also.. make sure you cut the...
