I just got off work and was covered in paint from doing a paint job along with being exhausted, this place was recommended to me and when I walked in ready for something to drink and eat after freaking 12 hrs working on a two story house in town, some worker pointed at me and told me I had to leave and that y'all where closed, I asked why and the response I got was y'all don't allow dirty people there. I tried to explain I just got off work and he told me no I needed to leave bc my type wasn't allowed. This is discrimination against me due to bc I was covered in dry paint and tired. This shouldn't hold up and it I don't feel your workers should judge someone based on their looks, I am my own boss as it is and run my own business, two of them for 8 years along with I work for one of the biggest companies in the world and you allow your job to kick people out based on clothes no offense i have managed olive garden a way higher up food chain than you and that attitude wouldnt be accepted. No policy or sign says rich people only there can eat, if your going to be like that then move ur store to Florida and Cali where it is only rich people. Because this is fort Smith u ain't getting rich customers and to treat someone like your privilege is better is wrong. You have no clue who I am and if I was to have my uncle who is mayor of Charleston come up there you would change your attitude. I addressed this issue of how I was treated in the committee meeting between the cities and it was not accepted by many. Whoever that worker was that did that to me shouldn't be working there and I will be bringing up this issue again in the next meeting with the city. I was not even able to get in the door fully and I was told to leave, I also tried to get a job there and was told y'all don't accept people like me over a year ago and I was told it was because I looked like a bum when I did not, the hoodie I was wearing was all I had left from my best friend who died and I was treated rudely that time to based on my jacket and your worker didn't care to think first pointing his finger at me. I know what happened and you need to fix your workers attitudes on how to treat customers correctly. Bc u won't be having the mayor come eat there and that rep yall want by the mayor won't be given till you fix this. It's facts u told the mayors niece she was a bum and to get out. Your loss and mistake, five guys accepts everyone and that's why they have way better ratings than y'all they ain't racist like your...
Read moreI just love Patrick's! I've never had a bad meal here, and I've been here now about 10 or 12 times over the years. That being said, today was the first time I'd been back in a while (though I'd often remembered their burgers fondly in my dreams; haha!), and I have to say that nothing has changed: It was even better than I remembered! The meat is outstandingly flavorful and "real-tasting", the toppings are always excellent (and there are a ton of them to choose from), and the fries are freshly made and tasty too. My wife and daughter had Patrick's for the first time today, actually, and they both agreed that it was the best burger they'd had in memory.
In my opinion, Patrick's is probably the best burger place in town (I wish I could share a photo or two of my meal, but I dug-into it so fast that I totally forgot to take a picture!), and I couldn't recommend it more highly. It belongs in that rare "six-star" category of reviews (oh, and for those who have said they had bad customer service experiences... I'm sorry if you did, but I've never had one; if anything, they've always been super friendly to me, even though I'm far from what you might call...
Read moreOrder two double burgers To Go, one with cheddar and a side of fries and one Pepperjack and bacon without fries or bun. We sit and wait for our To Go Order and I noticed on the ticket we were charged an additional $7 for chicken bites. I could over hear the employees talking in the kitchen about chicken bites while we were waiting. They bring out our order and it was NOT prepared as TO GO. They apologize and took it back and sacked it up after they handed it to me I told them I didn't get the chicken bites. They apologize again and placed our to go order on the heating pad while the cook prepared the chicken bites. After the chicken bites were finished we received the order. It was then I tell them that we never ordered the chicken bites but since we paid for them, we might as well get them. They profusely apologized again. After we left we discovered they didn't give us the fries. I eat at lots of restaurants and it's very rare that I received an error on an order. 1 error is usually no big deal. 3 errors on one customer's order when the restaurant's not very busy is...
