Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Fort Smith

So I ordered online to be told that my order was given to the wrong people. Having to wait over 15 min for my order because it had to be remaid. To then not receive everything at once. Had to send the person back about a total of 3 times. After they brought me my wraps, they said have good day." And I didn't get my slushies, so I mentioned it when they went to get my drinks. I noticed I was also missing my tots." So I mentioned it to the worker for it to take about another 3-4mins for the tots to be cold when i received them, which I don't understand since I had to wait for the wraps to be made. Also, the wrapped were definitely made in a rush because when i opened my wrap, it looked like a taco, and i had to rewrap it up. Then, my slashes tasted like they had been sitting for a minute because it tasted extremely watered out barely slushy. Also, they gave me a broken water cup that was creaked on the side and got my wife's clothes wet because of their unawareness. It seemed busy when I was there, but this was very, very poor service. I'm willing to wait for my stuff, but when it's done poorly, it truly gets me mad. I definitely won't be coming back to this location. I honestly want a refund due to the poor food and service. But dont have time to deal with people who absolutely hate...

I parked and ordered cheddar peppers. As I was leaving I realized i forgot to ask for ranch to dip in. I circled around and parked by the door. I caught the guy that brought me my food and told him I forgot to ask for ranch and that he had just brought my food and pointed to the spot I was in he said ok. He walked in and out of the door 4 times and no ranch. It's been 5 minutes since I received my food. So I pushed the button and told the girl I just forgot to ask for ranch. She said it would be right out. Another 3 minutes as she walked in and out 4 times also. So I go to the drive thru and wait 2 minutes to get to window. About 10 minutes now peppers are getting cold and hard. Told her the story and got my ranch finally. By then they were hard and cold.. Those 2 employees need to be fired. We ordered two #2 meals. The Sonic double cheeseburger: mine with tots, husband's with fries. We dig the only fast food tots around and neither of these sides were overly greasy. As it should be. As always when ordering a double burger I regret my eye to stomach ratio, but then relax knowing I'll get two meals out of one dinner -grin-. Sonic is unknown in California, (I'm an ex-pat) and the tots, slushes, and heart thumpin menu of fried noms are a great treat. Rockin' carhops of all ages are normally fast to take your order.
