I love NY style bagels and Brueggers is a good name I am familiar with. I bought $20 worth of bagels at the MSP airport in St Paul which included my toasted blueberry bagel with veggie cream cheese and lettuce and tomato. I hoped to have onion as well but they don't have onions. And the tomato (they gave me 1 tiny thin wilted tomato which barely fit 1/3 of my bagel) wasn't great and not enough and the lettuce was one piece that wasn't fresh and not enough. The veggie cream cheese barely had veggies and they didn't put much. The cream cheese was spread in only the middle of the bagel and the outsides were empty along w the fact that there was so little cream cheese to begin with. I was disappointed. And I was still hungry when normally i get full from a bagel w cream cheese and lettuce onion w tomato. The bagels were not as chewy and fluffy on the inside as I hoped but it was flavorful if there was something on top. There were 2 cheese bagels and they were good bc of the cheese on top. But the bread was again too thick and heavy with little flavor but pure flour. I did appreciate that they wrapped each bagel I bought for friends in separate wax paper to keep it fresh as I had a few more hours on my...

Solid 4, loved this place!

Service is fast, I think the staff at this location knows how to streamline the process for efficiency. I heard some people say they were unfriendly, but the staff was calm and focused at such busy time. Very smooth with troubleshooting when ingredients had ran out.

Their smoked salmon sandwich with asiago bagel was great! Cold smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes and Plain Cream Cheese on a kettle-boiled bagel with Asiago. Creamy, cheesy, and the salmon was good. Filling.

Chai latte was creamy. Chocolate chip cookie had crusty dough and nice gooey chocolate pockets. Not my favourite, but pretty good.

Only note is, the ordering kiosk requires patience, and might be confusing to split the sandwiches into different groups depending on where you’re seeing the menu. On the website categories are: breakfast, lunch, and bagels & cream cheese. On the ordering kiosk in store: breakfast, signature, lunch. On the board: classic, signature,...

I enjoyed my hashbrown as it was very temperature hot like I like my food and had the right amount of moisture. I got The Bacon Avocado Tomato bagel with egg white on an everything bagel. All of my favorites rolled into one!

The bagel was fresh and the right texture. It had the right amount of flavoring on it, so as not to overpower the sandwich as some everything bagels do. The avocado was fresh. I was not too keen on the softness if the bacon. It appeared barely cooked. I like my bacon crispy. Despite this, the bacon had great flavor and was not chewy, so I didn't mind so much. There is a red sauce on it that was a little confusing to my taste buds. While it wasn't bad tasting, it doesn't seems to pair well with this bagel. It tastes more like a marinara for breadsticks or some type of dinner pasta.

All in all. If this were an option for breakfast again, I would strongly consider...
