Minnesota Wild Bar is what you expect an airport restaurant/bar to be. The food was actually pretty good — and it better have been for the small fortune we paid for it. We had two Wild Burgers and a Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich. They were cooked well and very tasty. The fries and cole slaw were great. However, add a 14oz beer to that and you’ll rack up a nearly $90 bill — if you choose to give only a 15% tip (not a default option when paying - choose “other amount”) The service was ok. We waited to be seated for some time (with a small crowd of travelers behind us) while some tables and booths laid vacant and waiting to be bussed. The bartender came out to seat singles at the bar, but the waitress took her time. We were eventually seated at a table that was still wet from being wiped down. To be fair, we arrived at what seemed to be a very busy time. Also, the QR-code ordering and payment required minimal exposure to wait-staff: seating and “is everything alright” check-up. The food came reasonably soon and the person bringing it was attentive and concerned when there was a perceived mistake in the order. The atmosphere was good for an airport restaurant. In summary, good food, but points off for the expected highway robbery and so-so service. My kids said to mention that they loved it. But they didn’t pay for it. Consider getting Subway further down the corridor.

Minnesota Wild Bar is an alright options in a sea of mediocre choices at Terminal 2. Lol Every time I visit they're beyond busy, not enough staff, the employees are stressed and complaining, and operations are more inefficient then they should be as a result. Yet they manage to make a go of it. If it is after 9:30am, the menu consists of a burger, nachos, pulled pork, boneless wings, salad, or a quesadilla, and cheesecurds. Sometimes they offer 2 kinds of pizza. Pulled pork sandwich is usually a safe bet. Chicken quesadillas are pretty good. Bloody Mary's hit the spot. Airport pricing is present, so a sub par meal and beverage will cost $40. Eat before you get to Terminal 2.

Just had the worst service ever. We were seated in the back upper part of the restaurant and we were told to scan the “QR” code on the table to order. I tried asking the waitress (older / larger) if we were doing it correctly and she proceeded to give a sarcastic remark “Do kids ask if Santa is real?” assuring us it was correct. After simply waiting there for 5 mins the waitress came up and was upset that our order hadn’t gone through yet (which it did get submitted but accidentally as a take out vs dine in. The waitress then got upset and stormed away throwing a tantrum. We could hear her loudly complaining to the male waiter how “we were in her section and already paid.” Making it obvious that she no longer wanted to help us because we closed out /paid online. We were then brought or food in take out boxes by the male waiter. First words out of his mouth were “I’ll grab you guys Togo cups for your drinks.” We stated that the order was placed online under the “Togo” tab by accident and our waitress was made aware of that immediately. The male waiter on shift (taller and bald) told us “nope you selected Togo, you can’t eat your food here.” It was disgusting how we were treated in front of other guests. First and last time customers...

Ate here twice on our travels in and out of MSP. Our first experience was good. They were extremely busy and we could tell they were short staffed but staff were very prompt and polite. However, on your way back through we stopped again bc it was one of the main dining options near our gate and everything started out fine. They were not busy at all and had way more staff than our first stop in. We got our food and one of the food items came out bad so we asked if we could order something else. The Manager was amazing, she didn't ask any questions or hesitate to help. Our server on the other hand was a totally different story. I have never experienced customer service that bad. He was being extremely rude, short, and ignoring and walking off while in the midst of asking him questions about our tab. I work in the service industry myself and would never in a million years treat customers the way he was treating his. I wish I would’ve gotten his name because like I said not all of them are ‘bad’. I unfortunately will not be returning to The Wild Bar and Grill if ever traveling...
