I decided to stop in before my flight to grab a few drinks for my family and I Our order was taken at the register and everything seemed okay then I noticed there was only one girl working on our drinks . . A line started piling up behind us And the girl had no help whatsoever!!! There was a new worker trying to help but she could not!! She didn't know how to make drinks!! . . I'm extremely disappointed and upset because the girl had asked the other employees to come help her and nobody did one even asked her why they should help She was on the verge of tears but was fighting through it and I wish I couldve been able to help her myself . . The gentleman on register ignored her when she asked him to help also which shocked me.!! There were no managers around either. . What's going on with this location and why isn't there proper staffing ?? This isn't right to treat your workers this way and I don't know if we'll be returning again if this is the case. . . I'd rather not have another barista go through this.!! and she needs a raise for christs sake shame on you...

I waited and waited and waited while everyone that went around me and ordered at the counter received their drinks and food orders.. I ask at the counter about my order and I’m told I’m behind on the mobile orders it will be another 10 minutes. Wait, what!? I’ve already been standing there 20 minutes watching everyone else get there drinks, yet NOONE is pulling the online tickets to be made…. I left… paid for my drink on the app, can’t get a refund because the app doesn’t tell you how and I got the notification that my drink was ready while I’m sitting here in my seat on my flight! The lady at the counter should go through customer service training and learn how to be a team player and help her co-workers out with easy orders. Person who was taking my order absolutely did not care what I am ordering meanwhile talking to his other teammates. Since this Starbucks is inside the terminal, right after I picked up my order I hopped on a plane. Only after the first sip I did realize it is made with regular milk. I had a 4 hour flight constantly running to the bathroom and experiencing major discomfort. The main fact that did upset me is the fact that Starbucks is not cheap, I have paid 10 for drink I have simply tossed.
