Sadie's Frontier Restaurant — Restaurant in Fort Sumner

I just witnessed a pretty horrific situation today at Sadie’s. From an outside perspective, seeing a family being treated with such disrespect by a waitress, with unkind behavior and targeting them based on their race, is extremely disturbing.

I saw firsthand a child being subjected to a horrible environment, resulting in their distress and confusion. Additionally, there was an involvement of law enforcement, who followed the family out of town, which raises serious questions about the treatment the family received at the restaurant.

This situation would suggest a severe breach of hospitality and human decency. it would warrant a thorough investigation into the restaurant's practices and the conduct of its staff to ensure that such discriminatory and distressing incidents are never repeated. Please...

From Louisiana passing thru Fort Sumner, stopped at this place. Attempted to order chicken fried steak, waitress asked brown or cream gravy. Being a guy who doesn’t cook and from the south I asked if cream gravy was white gravy ( now I know it is I don’t know the ingredients for white gravy…. Sue me). Waitress said she didn’t like my attitude and told me to leave. I tried to explain my ignorance but she just became more aggressive. There was a hair in my food, I proceeded to tell the server. Instead of apologizing she picked up my plate and looked for it for 5 minutes trying to find the hair. Then she took the plate back and had no communication with me if I wanted anything else. Came out 5 minutes later with the same thing I ordered and still no apology. She then put the plate in front of me and said “ there”. No one apologized. Not an ounce of decency in these folks. Then they still had the audacity to charge me for my plate. Would never...
