I obviously love this Starbucks seeing its in my hometown, but every worker is always so gracious! You can tell each one of them works their tails off to get customers orders out as fast as possible. There is one particular gal named Sarah and I don’t know what it is about her but she always makes you feel like you’re at home. She is so laid back and sweet. She remembers my name and just let’s off a kind and sweet-hearted presence. Thank you to all these amazing workers, for all they do, especially during these uncertain times!!
Read moreThe staff here is insane. I have never worked (on schoolwork) in a Starbucks with such a crazy, continual onslaught of customer waves. For every 5 minutes of peace in this location, there is 15 minutes of 10+ people waiting for mobile orders, 5-10 waiting for in-store orders. The staff manages this onslaught incredibly well and still manages to have fun with each other behind the counter and be kind to customers who messed up their own orders. Another customer accidentally mobile ordered something iced and wanted it hot, they quickly made her a new drink and jumped back on into the groove of things afterwards. If you want a super quiet location to work, this is not it. But if you want a location with entertaining people watching, multiple outlets, and a fabulous staff - this is it. P.S. Pay baristas a...
Read moreThis place needs to step it up... I've been here 3 times recently and have been less than impressed. All I encounter when going there are girls behind the counter chit chatting with their friends who come in at the expense of everyone else waiting for their drinks. Last night was a good example. Some little high school girl at the cash register just kept on talking to her friend while ignoring us even though we were next in line. They just kept talking. The same customer in front of us just kept running her mouth and the girl behind the counter making the drinks couldn't focus on what she was doing either. We ended up spending way too much time waiting for her to get her act together. Just shut up already and make the drinks. Nothing wrong with being friendly but not at the expense of holding everyone up. And other thing, on a recent visit it was crowded and the girl putting the drinks out couldn't figure out that she was supposed to call the customer's name. No one had any idea whose drink was whose. ...
