My husband and I have frequented Bon Bons several times as it is the nearest coffee shop by our house. The drinks are okay. Everything I’ve ever gotten here tastes like coffee for people who don’t like coffee. The latest thing I got was a candy cane cold brew and it tasted like sickeningly sweetened milk. Absolutely no coffee flavor whatsoever. My husband and I do like their breakfast sandwiches, however we rarely seem to get what we ordered. The last time we got food, we ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and a ham egg and cheese croissant. What we got was a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. We were the only people waiting for food so it wasn’t like they got our order mixed up with another one. These would all be forgiveable one time offenses but they seem to happen almost every single time we go there. And given how the owner has recently responded to negative reviews, I think we are done giving our business to this...

I knew that going in but their coffee is good for the price so I went anyway. Where I draw the line though is poor service and lack of care. The way they call orders a build orders is broken. They build orders in mixed order. They call each item individually as they place it. If two people order the same thing, good luck could be yours, could be theirs. The workers look at you like your an idiot. This has happened more than once. Today was different though. I decided to complain about the pick up process. Also as to why they never put out a simple black coffee to complete the order. "I forgot the coffee" no apology no sorry about that. No explanation or offer to improve the broken pickup process or to educate me so I understood their chaos better... It's a fail. I don't need a snarky reply to this review. Brian I...
Read moreGreat local coffee shop!! Staff very friendly and skilled. The baristas actually take the time to make your coffee and not just squirt diarrhea into a cup like Starbucks.
They have a rewards program. I do not use it. So cannot help you there.
They have tea, iced coffee, espresso, refreshers, smoothies, frappes, and an assortment of flavored syrups. Believe they have soy and coconut milk if you cannot have cow's milk. They serve an assortment of muffins and bagels. Do carry some bottled beverages like juice boxes.
They have local art hanging on the walls. My favorite was a this charcoal sketch of Harambe holding a flower. It was beautiful and def cracked me up. It might not have been charcoal but it was def a gorilla holding a flower.
Free WiFi. There are a few boardgames and books for you to enjoy by yourself or...
