I work at a nursing home and was bringing in food for some of the residents. I had 12 meals. I called ahead in the beginning of the week and spoke to the manager and was unable to get prices or a menu. The day of, I dropped off their meal request at 11am and said I would be back around 11:40am hopefully to give them enough time.. I felt like an inconvenience and never once a thank you for the order or anything along those lines.. She gave me the 12 cups to fill up myself, which I did and they left the meals on the counter... once again never any communication! I have been doing this for 10 years 1x a month as a treat to the residents, however never at this location... And I have never had to fill my own drinks, and try to carry everything on my own making multiple trips... again with no communication, or even a can I help you with that! Never ordering from this KFC location again for the residents... There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choice from and who enjoy making the process easy for me and making the residents day a little brighter!!! Ohh and after I got back I realized they messed up one meal and forgot another one that I paid for... I called to let them know that I was on my way back to go pick it up and they threw in a free chicken leg for my extra trip.... lol...
Read moreWent to the drive thru for a pot pie and nuggets, was asked to pull around with no explanation. Sat at the front door waiting for 20 minutes before I went inside to see what’s going on. I stood at the counter another several minutes before being greeted in any capacity. I asked for a refund due to wait time and the mgr(? Assuming since she handled the refund) was incredibly rude about it and literally rolled her eyes when the counter person told her I needed a refund. She all but said it was my fault I had to wait so long because their staff walked out, they’re training, the food will be done in 2 more minutes… I work in a restaurant too and none of those are an excuse to be rude to your customers.
There’s a bucket on the counter asking for suggestions to turn the store around, but no pen… the manager on duty would be a good place to start, I drove to Lee’s and back home with the same amount of food for less money and friendlier staff in the same amount time we spent waiting at...

Went to drive thru, was told 4 min for popcorn chicken, got pulled around to wait, 35 min later still no food has been brought out, I had to go in and ask where my food was, we're they still trying to catch the chicken kill and pluck it? Apparently they were out of everything because they were inside playing around and not doing their jobs, when I get my food 45 min later, I go back out to my car and now there are 6 cars pulled up behind mine that have been told to wait for their food to be brought out. Really? Just ridiculous, worst service ever. I bet they are still there waiting. Maybe spend less time on your phones and playing around like children, and more time doing your damn job.
